Ow, Ow, Ow, OWWWW! Leechscar let out a loud yelp when he felt the tug on his tail. He fell back against a broad wet form and whipped his head around to glare at Batglare. His irritation died not long after its birth when the older tom called him a dumbass. He couldn't refute it because burning his paws to stop a fire from building was not his bright idea. It worked though, so eh.
As Batglare took stock of the rest of the patrol. Leechscar moved into a more comfortable position and looked at his front paws. He wasn't a medicine cat, but the pads on his paws were an unusual shade of red and the slightest brush of wind sent pain flaring through the scorched nerves. He prayed these heal quickly, he was not going to be happy sitting on his tail for moons on end.
Leechscar, all in all, was unconcerned with his well-being as he knew he'd heal in due time. He'd be more irritated with himself if this slowed down his apprentice's training. Carefully setting down his front paws trying not to wince while ignoring the severe discomfort, he waited for Batglare to lead the way home. He'll inch his way along behind him.

It was over, finally over. Some injuries taken and some trouble spent but under your moss and dirt and surrounded by bare earth all that is left of the fire that once endangered the clan. Thin whips of ash float from the smothered pile on occasion, but even those are dying as the smoke fades from the air. In no time all that will remain of this threat is charred bits of grass and plant, soon to fade with the next rain.
It's over, time to take the news to Twilightstar and the clan.

Wrenwhisker had been hunting whenever she spotted the tom. Groaning inwardly, she made her way over to him. The dappled, pale-brown WindClanner rolled her shoulders, coming to a stop in front of the loner.
´´Who are you and what are you doing on WindClan Territory?´´ Wrenwhisker challenged, ears flattening. Her amber hues narrowed down to slits. ´´Do not lie to me, because I will shred you. I´m not afraid to, either.´´

Ham paused. Oooo another fun cat to talk to! "I'm Ham!" He meowed cheerily. "I'm from a house folk's den! That would make me a kittypet in your terms right?" Ham was resisting the urge to wag his tail like the house folk's dogs did when they were happy. "Are you from ThunderClan? Or are you like Silvs?" He asked.
Wrenwhisker rolled her eyes. Had this hare-brain not heard her? ´´I clearly said WindClan and not ThunderClan,´´ She growled, her shoulder fur rising. ´´I am a WindClan cat. Get off of WindClan territory before I shred you.´´
