Okay. Whatever the hell was going on here Ospreydart's explanation irritated the leader and the fur along her neck rose a bit. Her blue eyes then flashed to Featherbreeze. Correction and emotional abuse were two very different things. She gave a lash of her tail. "First off, that's your fault for havin' a kit in the first place. Can't expect them to just leave you alone," Stormstar muttered with a roll of her eyes. Honestly, queens that complained about their kits after having them made no sense. Why even have them in the first place?
Shifting her gaze to Ospreydart, she raised a brow. Part of her wasn't sure if she'd even believe this tom due to his odd behavior lately, but thankfully she had a knack for knowing when a cat was lying to her. "Did somethin' happen to back up this claim you've got?" Stormstar snapped, not in the mood for the vagueness she was getting.
The tom shifted his gaze from his paws to his leader's. "Her kit was saying stiff like it rather be in Starclan than around it's mom" He said calming down.

The tom sat in the ditch waiting for an answer from Starclan. "Silverpelt is quiet, maybe being a kittypet was a bad idea."The tom lied down falling asleep.

"Oh, please. Kits have active imaginations, and why is that proof? She clearly didn't mean it!" Featherbreeze said, disgusted. "She is so, so disappointing...." the queen murmured, annoyance in her eyes.
@taillow
...That was it. That was why he was coming into her den? Because of a kits imagination?? Oh, Stormstar was about a half-second away from taking the sand he seemed to hate so much in her den, moving it in his mouth, and telling him to can it. The annoyance was written all over her face. "Stars above. Kits have minds that don't make any sense - I've heard 'em say they wanna fly before!" If that was the only reasoning Ospreydart had, the only thing he'd seen go on, then that was disappointing he'd jump to this conclusion.
Looking to Featherbreeze, the leader parted her jaws to speak when her ears caught the last part. Disappointing? Her kit was disappointing to her? "Ay. No kit is disappointin', none of 'em. 'N that's your kid. Yeah 'm sure she irritates you from time to time but that's the life you signed up for when you had her. Stars above..." Honestly this just seemed like one big huge squabble that she did not want to deal with right now.
"Well we did not come here on our own either Cobwebfern sent us." The tom shook sand off of his fur trying to ignore the den's creepiness (no offense).

Featherbreeze snorted. "Yes, and I don't know why! My silly disappointment of a kit is going to get an earful after this, because I had to bother so many cats unnecessarily. If she thinks she's scared now, she'll really be scared later!" Featherbreeze's lips were pulled back in disgust. "Stupid little excuse of a kit... looks just like James but can't act a bit like him!" She then realized what she just said, and pulled back, surprised that it came out of her mouth. No one was supposed to know that!
@taillow
Cobwebfern sent them? That got her attention. Her kid sister, while a cat who could be a bit overly emotional and skittish, wasn't the type to just send cats to her if there wasn't a good reason for it. Her eyes narrowed as the tom, then shifted to Featherbreeze. Oh, more about her kit being a disappointment. She didn't know if it was the way this had been dragged out, or the vagueness, or just being in a grouchy mood.
"The only cat that should be scared around here," Stormstar snapped with a lash of her tail, "is you. She'll get nothin' of the sort, 'cause as far as I'm concerned, you're no mother. Hell, you're no warrior in a Clan of mine if this is how you act. Now I don't know how much faith to put in Mr. Naps A Lot over here, but I do know Cobs. By the sound of it, neither she nor yourself want this kit around you."
For now, Ospreydart could do what he pleased - Stormstar was focused entirely on Featherbreeze. Her paws slammed forward onto the ground as she advanced, attempting to herd the queen out of her den and onto the stony path that led down towards camp. If Featherbreeze didn't move, then she'd be shoved until they were both out of the den. "Get out of my Clan Featherbreeze. Don't worry - you won't have to be around any kit of RiverClan's anymore."
[ @Angelia @MaximusPrime27 - unless ospreydart is rolling on the ground, there should not be a way of him getting sand in his fur. ]
[ featherbreeze has been exiled. if she does not leave in your next post, she will be attacked. ]
Ospreys jaw dropped as he had nothing to say and he kept quiet or it would be him next time. He crouched in fear "and that is why I stay out of your den.."

The large she-cat walked in, her fur sticking to her sides. She carried a new wet smell to her, as though she'd just been rained on. She looked at Stormstar with a fulfilled smile, wide and toothy. "Afta'noon, chief! Me and Foxleap just got back from lookin' fer a burial sight. We stubbled upon a place that's quite foggy but has a good amount of shelter and an odd pond." She paused before continuing, "The fog is pretty thick if ya ask me, but that may just be 'm poor vision." She chuckled at that, her shoulders bobbing up and down.
"No predators inhabit the area and there is scarce prey. I'm pretty sure the only thing ya can catch there is frogs in that pond, well, if there are any." She'd only heard a brief splash of movement in that pond, but she doubted there was an abundance of anything there, which was completely fine, there didn't need to be.
"Me and Foxleap were kinda stuck fer a name, though it took a bit of chattin' we've settled on Seagrass Fields. Heh-heh, I came up with that one," she puffed her chest in exaggerated boldness before she resumed her conversation. "But it truly isa nice place. A bit eerie, yeah, but the tall grass offers a lotta shelter."
Oh, good! Turning around as Owls announced her entry into her den with the news of a new burial sight, Stormstar's expression lit up. The 'chief' nickname still caught her off-guard every once in awhile, but it didn't do anything to dampen her excitement. Shelter... fog... and a pond. That definitely sounded like a suitable site for the fallen to rest. "Don't plan on sendin' any huntin' patrols out to it, so the scarse prey doesn't bother me," she replied with a nod, tossing over the name in her head.
Seagrass Fields... it was a nice name, really. Her smile widened and she nodded. "Seagrass Fields it is. I'll work on gettin' the rest of the graves moved hopefully soon." The first outing had been interrupted by Fury's spirit, and they hadn't gotten to move many. Hopefully this time would be different. "Good on you 'n Foxleap for findin' somethin' suitable. I'll make sure to inform the Clan at the next meetin' so everyone's got a heads up not to hunt there."
Otternose padded up to Stormstar's den, and stood outside of it. She wanted to change her name, that was why she was here. She didn't want to have a close name to her murderous sister Ottersplash, she didn't even know why her mother had named them both "Otter", but the point still didn't change. "S- Stormstar? Could I talk to you about something?"
Stormstar - RiverClan Leader
Having not been in her den, and instead out in the territory patrolling, Stormstar trotted back into camp in time to see a cat padding up to her den and waiting outside of it. Duties never ended, it seemed... Rounding the stone pathway up to her den the leader cleared her throat as she came up behind Otternose. "Sure, come on in," the leader invited as she slipped past the warrior and into the cool den. The sand under paw felt nice after feeling the forested floors all morning long. "What's up?"
