look at that, thrush was already proving to be more useful than half the cats quillpaw knows. however, apparently there's someone he wants to bring into the lesson. another spirit, perhaps?, he wonders, heterochromatic gaze flickering about the trees briefly. no, he doesn't spot any other cats around. well, that only really leaves one option - thrush plans to bring another live cat into the dream. interesting. he wonders if there's a limit to how many can be in one dream? his brow quirks.

I'll ask about that later, he decides.

"sure, I don't see why not." quillpaw agrees with a slight nod of his head as he settles back on his haunches.

She'll just be so delighted when she arrives.

Thrush would let a small smirk curve the corners of his lips as Quillpaw approved of the assistance. With a small nod of approval, Thrush moved onto the actual lesson. With the assistance of dream magic, Thrush pulled a few red berries out from the air. They fell to the ground at his paws, his claws dancing around the deadly objects with playful endeavors.

"First things first, these are deathberries. As the name implies, they will kill a cat. Only takes one berry to do it. They like to grow off yew bushes and luckily for you, yew bushes love to grow in ShadowClan's territory," Thrush spoke, rolling a couple of the berries towards Quillpaw before the next plant came sprouting from the ground in front of him.

Bright red berries shone in the middle of the spiny leaves. "This is a holly plant. The center are the berries from this plant," Thrush tapped the berries and each one spilled to the ground. "Every part of this plant can be dangerous to a cat. The berries pack the best punch though. Not deadly like the deathberries, but still enough to make someone sick," he explained, now rolling these berries towards Quillpaw to inspect.

"They look similar, but it's smart to not mix them up. Study them well and remember which plant each grows off of," Thrush instructed, gesturing towards the flower in front of him and a bush nearby.
