Whirlkit looked up at the medicine cat apprentice. "I'm-like-that-all-the-time-always-tripping-and-hopping-and-stuff-and-falling-hard-to-stay-still-or-go-slow!" She blinked at him before playfully pouncing at something invisible, and giggling, but then fell over, knocked her head, and rolled on her back, waving her paws in the air. "I-got-named-Whirlkit-because-I'm-always-going-fast!" She said in her typical rushed manner. "I-don't-feel-I-go-too-fast-I-talk-normal-right?" She then started to say something, but so fast that it was a jumbled, inaudible blur of words.

She seemed hyper but nothing wrong with that, if the kitten was known for their clumsiness then Rabbitpaw wouldn’t get too worried over a couple of kit tumbles. Though if she were younger maybe he would a little bit more. Not saying he isn’t, but also saying he isn’t going to stress about her having a concussion or something from the couple of falls she’s had in this one interaction. He flicked his ear again, a habit of his, “I see! But you can still be careful while going fast. Use your tail to help you keep your center weight balanced and try and stand and run on all of your paws as evenly as possible.” Moving while balanced was more of a moor hunting thing until chasing started but it could apply to running a bit couldn’t it?
“I was named Rabbitkit because of my ears.. and the way my body looks… can’t quite remember if I ever knew why specifically if that’s not it.”As the kitten started to speak again, Rabbitpaw could only tilt his head as he tried to decipher the words that were being spoken too fast to really understand. It reminded him a bit of himself when he had that phase where his brain would work faster than his mouth and all the words were unintelligible because of it. “Sorry, didn’t quite catch that last bit.”

Whirlkit got bored listening and jumped up in the air, then landed on her belly and rolled over, waving her legs in the air. "I-said-you're-a-worry-wart!" she breathed the words in one rushed sentence.
