Mothpaw and Antpaw Training Rp. (Private happens before Prophetic Journey)

(This training starts before Brackenclaw leaves for the Prophetic Journey so that he can continue training. Also gonna be doing both Antpaw and Mothpaw simultaneously.)

Brackenclaw had been wondering if maybe not training his Apprentices outside was a bad idea. After all as much as Brackenclaw wanted to protect his Apprentices from danger the two were training to become Warriors a dangerous profession in clan life. Brackenclaw couldn't keep babying them forever, however if Brackenclaw was to take his Apprentices out he would make sure they listened to him. Especially with all the predators and dangers around as late. Brackenclaw would approach the Apprentices den it was just cracking dawn when he poked his head in the den and called out in his intimidating voice the only thing the two Apprentices would see if they looked at the source would be his orange eyes that seemed to pierce into their very soul and otherwise darkness as his dark fur blended in perfectly with the dark atmosphere. "Come on Mothpaw and Antpaw. I'm taking you two out to the tour of our Territory." Brackenclaw called out before pulling his head out and waiting at the entrance to the Apprentices den to address the two. @Badwolf @Desert Rain Frog

"Coming!" Antpaw meows, padding out of his den. The intimidating voice of his mentor both frightened and awed him at the same time. It made him keep comparing Brackenclaw to Sunflowerswirl, the mentor who hadn't even shown him around the territory after nearly two moons into his apprenticeship.

Antpaw glances at Mothpaw and flicks his tail hello. It would be no good to antagonize the apprentice he was training with, so he was trying his best to be as friendly as possible.

Brackenclaw was glad to see his Apprentices getting along it'd be a pain if they didn't especially since Brackenclaw wouldn't tolerate the two fighting. Instead he would look at the two and explain something. "Now the two of you have probably heard from the meeting but in case you didn't I have been given the rank of Hornet by Wolfhive. First I want to say I don't plan to make a big thing of this. A true Warrior does what he does for his clan not for the glory or recognition of those around him. They do what they do because it's right and I would appreciate it if you two didn't go around bragging about it. Secondly while we will be going out on a Territory Tour I want you two to remain behind me and close by. And if I order you to run I want ya'll to listen we may have dealt with the Predators but that doesn't mean there may not be anything out there. Failure to listen and I'll make sure you'll be dealing with the elders for the next moon understood?" Brackenclaw explained wanting to take care of potential for them disobeying him before it started. It's true they had been locked in camp for a moon or so but Brackenclaw wasn't gonna let them use that as an excuse. Brackenclaw was responsible for teaching these two to become great Warriors for Thunderclan and that's just what he plans to do. @Badwolf @Desert Rain Frog

No... no bragging? Antpaw is unsure why Brackenclaw is mentioning this, but he is also unsure if his mentor really means it. Surely no cat would dislike having their merits and good deeds known, would they? Especially something so important as becoming a hornet
Bramblestar herself was sure to announce it loud nd far. It seemed to Antpaw like these words were only to be polite, and to avoid cats going around saying Brackenclaw was a braggart. Antpaw didn't agree with this; he personally found it hypocrisy to falsely act humble, and not only that, he felt a little offended that Brackenclaw considered him so unskilled in gossip that he would mistakenlt give his mentor a bad name.

Antpaw glances at his mentor, but he keeps his mouth shut. He really just wanted to get a tour of the territory now, and wasn't going to go against orders. Besides, he could ask his father about Brackenclaw's merits later.

Brackenclaw was slightly confused at Mothpaw's response Moss? That wasn't something he was teaching them at the moment. Brackenclaw however didn't say anything instead he would look towards Antpaw and Mothpaw before motioning with his head to follow as they left the camp. Brackenclaw had an inkling that his pleas to not go around bragging of his new position didn't get through completely but he couldn't do anything about that as of now. "Didn't you hear Brackenclaw? We're not hunting moss, we're taking a tour of Thunderclan territory." Antpaw would normally add an 'idiot' to the end of that sentence, but he's too excited to be bad tempered right now. He pads after Brackenclaw, eager to go outside and have a tour.
