Daffodilpaw’s eyes lit up in an “ah-hah” moment. She completely forgot she could bury it! She brought the rabbit the rest of the way, because she’d brought it that far, then set it down. “I forgot!” She admitted with a laugh, setting to work digging out a spot for the rabbit. She placed it in the shallow hole she carved out, covering it with dirt and then placing leaves on top to mark it so she wouldn’t forget. “Like that?” She meowed, turning to Elkjump.
Daffodilpaw beamed at the proud look in her mentor's eyes, feeling herself stand taller. Her chest puffing out. She wasn't really tired, she felt like she could keep going. But a break didn't sound like a bad idea either. She nodded eagerly. "Sure!" She mewed, glancing around to make sure she could still track where she buried her catches before plopping back on her haunches, satisfied.

Daffodilpaw smiled brightly and laughed. This was an awesome day! She was only sitting for a few heartbeats before she started to feel...itchy in her legs. And itch that came with an urge to get up and move. "So... What's next??" She asked, her forepaws fidgeting.
