Nightfall couldn't move. He couldn't hear anything his clanmates screamed and ordered, they run everywhere while he remained still, staring at the raising flames with his heart skipping heartbeats every once and then.
Suddenly a vibration came to his right ear and he realized someone familiar was calling him. It was a voice he was used to hear... Crowtooth?
It took him several seconds to figure out what the deputy was ordering him, and when he did it, it was too late.
Silverrose and Batglare were gone. But he wouldn't sit here, despite the terror grasping his legs and pushing him into the earth. The whole gravity was keeping him still, and he had to beat it!
Miserably, he put one paw ahead of one another with a frantic rhythm and a wild fire in his gaze.
"No, I'm coming too! Batglare, Silverrose!" He called, before rushing as if he was chasing the quickest rabbit in all the moor.
He needed to get water.
