Floodsight's blue gaze fell upon the scar that stretched across the hind leg. It looked like a painful one. One that probably reminded the older warrior everyday of the battle that took place. She knows hers does, the history behind both of the scars on her chest had reminded on two very important things. Be weary of others and to never mess with foxes. And it stained her so. The moons after felt like her chest was on fire and the scar ached like no others. Every step she took felt like she was on pins and pricks to the point even just sleeping was hard.

'Was he really going to get it checked out? Or was he just being nice to lessen my worries?' Because it wasn't working. It just made her all the more worry. How much times did Blizzardoak miss a check up just to not worry others? With concern written all over her face, Floodsight insisted, "I could go with you to see Berry when we get back. Would that be alright?"
She offered but if the older warrior refused, there was nothing she could do and she rather not push further and make him feel uncomfortable. Floodsight would just have to trust that he knows what he's getting himself into. With a small sigh, she picked up her pieces of prey and signal to the two of them. "Come on, let's go."
The warrior had finally got his claws on his second mouse, first if he didn’t count the example he had set with WisteriaWren. He was surprised at himself for being able to hunt in the first place. When he was given the opportunity to spend more time with WisteriaWren assist WisteriaWren in learning to hunt, he leapt at it gladly despite his lack of an ability to bite hard enough to kill any prey. He was patient as they went on to discover more prey. Every cat had to learn somewhere, yeah? And he couldn’t imagine how one could even begin hunting without claws. He couldn’t blame her one bit. Instead he went along with it.
Perhaps all the time in the territory made him sick, or a piece of kill did…or even worse—Wisteria was sick and passed it onto him? He didn’t know what he had wrong with him, but whatever it was, he felt nowhere near right. His paws felt squirmy and clammy, his heartbeat felt rapid, but he couldn’t put his paw on this emotion. It’s not something he had felt before…odd, huh? He tried to go along with it, brushing the disease aside so he could put his full attention on pushing WisteriaWren to her full potential.
He simply grinned back, a mighty, hearty grin, shrugging off the she-cats mistake as it was nothing. “Ay, tha’s okay! I’m still learnin’ how t’ hun’ myself withou’ bein’ able to bi’e” he offered, trying to make light out of the situation and be as relatable as possible. His gaze watched as she went a few feet to a…flower? This caused even more of a sappy surge of happiness through him, which isn’t common at all since the raid, and he nuzzled her appreciatively. “Thank you—n’ ey’, no stress on huntin, alrigh’? It takes time…especially difficul’ when ya can’t claw em immediately.” he gently took the wildflower, holding it carefuly, as he scanned it. A pretty little yellow and slightly orange (at the base) flower with longer stems. He’ll cherish it. (AKA he’ll never get rid of it and always go to find the same flower to keep in front of his ear and eventually give WisteriaWren a bunch as well, along with showing her the dead, rotted original one)

Ya know, Raccoonsun was just going out.
Maybe grabbing prey, getting some air from that stuffy twoleg den.
Normal stuff.
And then boom, she spots two cats.
One was Rowanmane, mister-avoiding-her.
And the other... Wisteria... something.... Wisteriaaaaa.... wren! That was it, Wisteriawren.
She heard it at a meeting, if she remembered right.
But remembering also is not her forte.
Now for social interactions.
Should she butt in on whatever is going on here?
Looks like two friends just hunting together.
But, Raccoonsun has been trying to specifically bother Rowanmane now that she's taken note of him avoiding her, for whatever reason.
Now, the approach!
How does one normally start a conversation?
Hmmmm.
Maybe she should just say hi, like any normal cat.
Yup, that's what she'll do.
She padded over, and once she was sure they could see her, she spoke.
"Uh, hi." She greeted, though her tone definitely came off a bit awkward "How's it goooooiiiin'?"
She could feel them. Against her will. The countless butterflies that welled up inside of her when Rowanmane nuzzled her. She froze, her face turning a flustered, pink hue with blush, ear tips turning warm. The warrior all but melted at Rowanmane’s understanding. Her eyes had brightened significantly, her face flushed. “Thank you,” she purred, pressing her cheek to his shoulder to relay her gratitude. “Rowanmane, I wanted to—“
A new voice out of the blue was what caused her to cut off, startling slightly and almost hitting the top of her head against Rowanmane’s chin. The warrior turned around, eyes wide with surprise. This was… Raccoon..something? Oh dear, how long had she been standing there??? Wisteriawren hadn’t even noticed. “…Hello.” She offered, smile a tad sheepish as she scooted a few inches away from the Tom at her side.
