Would I need the Dreamwalker purrk in order to use the Katty Krueger purrk?

From my understanding, techically no- but only when the other cat has dreamwalker. The victim would pull murder kitty into the dream and murder kitty could be murder kitty. I imagine that Murder kitty would have an easier time though if you also had the dreamwalker purrk as you can target anyone without the restriction of them having the dreamwalker purrk. I also imagine that if a spirit brings in a group of living cats than the murder kitty can also use their purrk without the dreamwalker purrk.

So no! Not needed but more convenient :3 tho I could also be making no sense and/or do not understand the purrk properly lol.
