Closed An Atari conundrum

Hi, so I have a starclan cat and I wanted to make him like an Atari cat who fought against riverclan and died in the fight. I might make a back in time thread of the actual fight. I didn't know because he wasn't in the og fight if it was okay to say that. What are ya'lls thougts??

Hi,

That fight got retconned due to folks being uncomfortable with the theme of colonization, so unfortunately this backstory wouldn't be possible!

Also, the Atari has a different ancestory than the Clans - they would not appear in StarClan! @Hushfalls:

my thought was he was a riverclan cat who left and then joined the Atari. do you think that I could change it into a border skirmish, or would that be to big of a plot. If yes could I use the under their nose perk?

(I did misread part of this slightly earlier LOL whoops, the downside of being kinda distracted)

I don't think this would work unfortunately, the Atari were written to have kept a distance from RiverClan and vice-versa - they had very minimal interaction and a skirmish wouldn't have been feasible even with a purrk. The Atari were more concerned with the cougar hunting what few cats they have - they wouldn't care about the rando outsiders when they didn't have extensive resources to deal with it.

Also checked with taillow and they're hoping to use the Atari and RC in the future; they'd appreciate not generating random rivalries so future plots aren't heavily impacted by it !! @Hushfalls:
