Her pale eyes widened slightly as her long whiskers twitched in response to the sudden offer. The young molly definitely didn't expect that, with her previous tumultuous headspace having overtaken her thoughts a mere moments ago. But the bashful brown striped tom seemed kind-hearted, and lavender happened to be her favorite flower. Lavendersong's shocked expression softened as she smiled sweetly, her eyes twinkling fondly, "You made it yourself? It's lovely, Shadeclaw... would you do the honors?" She mewed, tipping her head downward to allow him to bestow her with his creation.

Shadeclaw is moved by Lavendersong's words as she compliments his wreath, though he doesn't show it. He does as Lavendersong says and places the wreath on her gently. His thoughts are pure(for the time being). He's just happy to have a cat enjoy what he's made, and he's happy that Lavendersong is friendly to him. She even called him by his name!

Shadeclaw steps back nervously after he's done. The wreath looks good on the she-cat. Not that he will say this out loud, but the lavender and the sweet scent of flowers suited Lavendersong much more than it suited him. The flowers were the same color as her eyes.

"I'm glad you like it. I hope you have a nice day." Uncharacteristic sentences for Shadeclaw. He usually only spoke straight and stiff, right to the point. Shadeclaw dips his head shyly, about to pad off now. He didn't want to bother Lavendersong any longer and take up too much of her time.

“You’re sooo not funny.” Shockhoney grouched in a half irritated, half whining voice. About time she’d been visited! If she didn’t feel like a lethargic puddle on the floor, she’d swat Creepingpaw over the head. Even if he had startled her, she currently had the survival skills of a turkey and the survival rate of a sitting duck.

Hence, all she did when Creepingpaw made his presence known was open her eyes, stare up at him for a few seconds, and then close her eyes again. The effort of communicating was too much. Who needed talking anyway? Couldn’t she just mentally transmit whatever she wanted to say into someone else’s mind? Probably not.

Sigh.

Ah crap, she wanted to puke again. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if she threw up on Creepypaw over here. Make him face the music. Though he’d probably just never visit her again. …she hated consequences. “This is all your faulttttttt.” It really wasn’t - it was more likely because she’d been poking at Wolfhive while he’d been Lumpyhive, but her companion didn’t need to know that. “For splashing water on me. It had fish cat germssss…”

The silver and black dappled tom, roving over Shockhoney curiously, felt his lean muscles ripple under his pelt as his demeanor shifted gradually. The mischievous glaze in his eyes vibrant like green spring leaves faded as he blinked slowly, as if his brain were rebooting. This would be the perfect chance to tease her some more, but he didn't want to kick her while she was already down. It's clear she wasn't feeling good and it's no fun when your favorite competition is no longer a challenge. Also, he felt sorry for her.

Pushing air between his teeth to let out a tsk sound, Creepingpaw shook his head and chuckled, craning his striped neck down at a whisker length away from Shockhoney's face briefly with his eyes closed. "You're right, I'm not funny.." He rumbled a low purr before opening his vivid eyes and smiling smugly, "I'm hilarious~" Creepingpaw laughed before standing back up straight and lifting his white paw to place gingerly over Shockhoney's head to felt her temperature for a few moments before lifting it off. Glancing around at the surroundings of her nest, he wondered if anyone had visited her recently and if she had everything she needed.

His smug and playful expression softened as he rolled his eyes and shook his head, "Yeah, you smell like you have fish cat germs too." Creepingpaw joked before tilting his head slightly, "Since it's my fault... what can I bring you? Water? Herbs?"

Lifting her head to admire the beautifully smelling arrangement of flowers that he had so gingerly adorned on her fluffy neck, the young queen purred with pleasure as her plumy tail waved happily behind her. She had never received flowers before in her life, and to have suddenly gotten her favorite ones! Dipping her nose into their soft petals, she purred with delight as their heavenly aroma. Turning her gaze back up to glance at Shadeclaw, who had already turned to make his way out the den, she stared in surprise and hesitated before trotting after him quickly. The poised she cat curbed Shadeclaw and darted around him to stand in front and block his path forward, "Shadeclaw, wait..." She huffed, catching her breath from dashing before padding up close to him to press her cheek into his neck to extend her gratitude, "Thank you.. I'm leaving now to complete a prophecy, and I'm really scared but... a-anyways, I hope I see you when I'm back." She purred fondly, her voice trembling slightly as she held her composure together. Truthfully, she was a lot more scared than she seemed. The beautiful warrior took a few pawsteps back to allow him to pass her, stepping into the shadows of the overhanging trees outside the den.

Shadeclaw's eyes widen in a mixture of awe and concern as he hears the words 'prophecy'. Not that he doubted Lavendersong's skills, he knew she was a strong cat, but Prophecies were like that, and especially hearing her say she was scared made him anxious. She would be in danger, on an important mission for the Clan. And she was confiding that in him. As she would a friend.

"I..." Shadeclaw stutters, something he didn't do often. "Me too." He finishes lamely. "Good luck on your journey, and come back safe." Shadeclaw really hoped she would. He hoped she would return safe, and he would have a friend to talk to. But even if they weren't able to become friends, he just hoped she would return safe. The tip of his ears redden, and he turns, really leaving now. For some reason it felt like hs was burning up. He should go.

Shockhoney only deflated at her former denmate's words, mouth firmly pulled down in a pout. She was going to tell Lavendersong. She didn't know what she was going to tell, but she was going to! ...when she had enough energy drag herself out of this nest, though. Unfortunately for Shockhoney, however, her friend would probably be long gone by then. A pity.

"Stop making that face." The tan-furred warrior grumbled, though she wasn't even looking at him to know what face he was making. She was just annoyed with his face in general. For not visiting her until now and then making fun of her! Hmph! She couldn't even go be sick with... Wolfhive. Mountaintalon had told her to stay away from him, and this time... this time she figured she would listen to her father. Papa was always right, after all.

She wasn't sure why he hadn't visited her yet. Was he still cross with her? Probably.

Squinting up at Creepingpaw as he said she smelled like germs - excuse you - Shockhoney huffed. "Well I'm the warrior and you're not." She reached out to prod his leg. "Don't you dare go anywhere. You'll just use it as an excuse to disappear. I'm fine." Theoretically, at least.

Alpinepaw walked into the Warriors' Den silently. She stopped and sniffed the air. The scent was nothing new. Alpinepaw continued walking slowly, looking around. There were cats in here! A few of them were sleeping, and several were chatting amongst themselves. She wanted to check up on the warriors, mostly to check how many warriors were in there.

Alpinepaw walked into the Warriors' Den silently. She stopped and sniffed the air. The scent was nothing new. Alpinepaw continued walking slowly, looking around. There were cats in here! Splitpaw was in the Warrior's den, she was checking it out due to being slightly new to the clan and didn't have a chance to take a look. Her eyes scanned the warriors and the nest as she sat inside close to the entrance of the den. Her eyes turned as she saw Alpinepaw walk into the Warrior's Den. She hadn't noticed the she-cat since she spent most of her time with Burnedpaw. "Who are you looking for?" she asked with a tilt of her head. The she-cat with two different colored eyes, a split colored face with one side black and the other side cream colored like her fur with white spots. Over one of her eyes were claw scars.

She heard a strange voice coming from behind her. Alpinepaw's ears perked up and she quickly changed direction to where it came from. Aha, there was a new cat! The young cat treaded softly to Splitpaw while saying, "No one in particular." Alpinepaw stopped about a fox length away and scanned Splitpaw. "Hmm, a new cat scent. Who is this cat?" She silently thought.

Alpinepaw shyly meowed, "I'm.....studying you?" She suddenly closed her eyes and scrunched up her face to prepare for the worst. Alpinepaw hoped that Splitpaw would not judge her for that. Simply, she had never seen her before and her appearance was interesting.
