Larkpaw everything finder!!
Hi everyone!! Im trying to find some relations for my new kitty, Larkpaw! I was thinking of making her a windclan cat, but this isn't that important to her character as of yet so that could still be changed if necessary. In fact, most of her character is subject to change. Obviously being just 6 moons old she is quite impressionable and her personality could develop a lot as she grows up. I do however have a general appearance and some basic traits. Currently looking for:
- Parent(s) / parental figure (!!)
- Mentor (!!)
- Friends
- Siblings
- Possible enemies? (shes not the type to have a lot of enemies so your cat should be pretty mean)
- Any other interactions :D
Let me know if you have any ideas! Im planning to keep her as active as possible, so anything is appreciated. Some information about her below:
Appearance
Larkpaw is a young apprentice with great potential, but being just 7 moons old she still has a lot to learn. Her modest size gives her a natural advantage in stealth, allowing her to glide through the undergrowth unnoticed while stalking prey. However, in confrontations with bigger foes her build places her at a slight disadvantage. On top of this she is also a decent runner, although her stamina isnt exceptional. Much like her namesake, her fur is a blend of soft brown and tan, and is streaked with darker shades of brown and black. These colours soften as they descend toward her underbelly, which is nearly entirely white. Her facial features are a little large compared to the rest of her body, with expressive eyes and prominent ears. The earthy colours that cover her body extend to her face, but her ears have distinctive deep black markings at their tips. Her eyes, which are a deep brown, emit a certain curiosity and attentiveness as she absorbs the world around her. Her calm demeanor and often relaxed posture give her an approachable vibe.
+ Dutiful
Larkpaw is, above all, driven by an innate sense of duty. Her motivation doesn’t necessarily stem from a desire to prove herself or outshine her fellow apprentices, as she instead just likes to stay occupied and productive. As such, she will try her very best to complete any tasks and accept opportunities to help others. Even when there are no tasks assigned to her, Larkpaw often seeks out ways to keep herself busy, productive or not. This drive is not only caused by her diligence: she feels most comfortable when she has something to focus on.
+ Sociable
Her busy nature makes Larkpaw an outgoing and approachable apprentice. She is not one to turns down an opportunity to socialize or go on an adventure. Despite this, she isnt as reckless as some other cats het age. Sometimes she prefers to stay quiet, but she still appears carefree and engaged and as such this does not hinder her ability to interact with others.
- Superficial
Despite her apparent ease in forming friendships, she often struggles to create deeper connections with those around her. This is not due to any lack of interest in her friends but moreso because of her preoccupation with her own thoughts and the duties feels compelled to complete. Because of this, her relationships tend to remain surface level, and the thought of attempting to create deeper bonds rarely crosses her mind. This can cause somewhat of an emotional distance between her and others.
- Melancholic
Finally, there is also a more emotional side to Larkpaw, one that she doesnt reveals to others. Perhaps her greatest issue is her susceptibility to melancholy, which can occur when she has too much time to dwell on her thoughts. As she always tries to keep herself busy, stillness can leave her feeling unexpectedly empty. These episodes rarely happen and are usually prompted by events beyond her control, but that makes it no less devastating for her when they do occur. Still, Larkpaw doesn’t allows others to see this vulnerability and acts cheerful or, if that doesnt work, distances herself from those who care for her.
