Family. Amberdusk forgot they had to catch up their younger brother. "Brokenstream. You here?" They called into the darkness of the warriors den. "If you are, and if you're not busy, I hoped to be able to talk with you." The black and brown furred cat sat, awaiting their brother.

Blinking his eyes sleepily, Brokenstream yawned as he pulled himself to his paws at his older brother's call. "I'm here." He replied, pushing his way out of the den. "Hey, Amberdusk. What's up?" The tom asked, still clearly blinking the sleep from his eyes. "Everything okay?" Concern clouded his rounded gaze, seemingly surprised at his brother waking him up to talk. Though, he had to admit, it pleased him. He felt as though they hadn't talked in awhile.

The scent of concern hit their nose. Fair enough. they thought, and let out a soft chuckle. "There's nothing to worry about, bug." Amberdusk flicked their scarred muzzle, a cue to walk over to another portion of the camp.

"I just wanted to talk about stuff, we haven't really... interacted with each other for a while. So I wanted to catch up, like... how's life as a Lionheart?"

Brokenstream's whiskers twitched in slight annoyance at Amberdusk's "nickname" for him, but he said nothing. He was used to it by now. Eyes flitting over to the shady area his brother pointed out, the young tom nodded in response and padded slowly over, pausing to stretch and yawn along the way. "I see." He meowed with yet another yawn. "Life as a Lionheart, huh?" The bengal paused and looked thoughtful for a moment. "It...has it's challenges...like I caught a few kits trying to escape under the hawk lockdown the other day." He chuckled, settling down into a loaf position with his paws tucked underneath him. "But otherwise it's fun! I'm glad Fadingstar and Dusklion trust me so much even though I'm still a young warrior, and the other Lionhearts seem nice enough." He continued on, eyes scanning the camp. "Hopefully once we get settled at the new camp, things will be less crazy. How about you? How have you been?"
