Yippee, Owlpaw got a patrol! Previously tussling with a stick by herself, the apprentice immediately jumped to her paws, shaking out her cinnamon mottled coat and giving her tail two lashes. Deep teal eyes flicked speedily to Herb Whisp’rer as she slipped up to the calico, listening to her explanation cheerfully

Aubs was super excited for her patrol- it was her first after all- and any training seemed like good training. So she could be a warrior speedy! Super soon! Super fast! So she could be the best, coolest, strongest warrior windclan had ever seen! It would sit well with her record of the thorniest cat. That’d be lovely! It seemed Jumper and the other apprentice, Burnetpaw, were ready, so The Huntress felt ready too. “ ‘m ready, Jumper!” she chirruped.

Fleetsmoke was getting tired of waiting. With an irritated twitch of her tail tip, the warrior got up and shouldered her way through the gathered cats until she emerged out of camp and into the territory.

The WindClanner found herself heading toward Sedgewater Valley without Whistlestoat and Mintpaw. Blue eyes hardened and a low growl rumbled in her chest.

Fleetsmoke - WindClan Warrior

Emerging back into camp with the ivy tendrils and the tansy leaves between her jaws, the warrior looked for Lightningstorm´s sleek calico pelt. Spotting the medicine cat, she headed over.

Stopping beside Lightningstorm, Fleetsmoke set the herbs down at her Clanmate´s paws.

´´Everything went well, and I had no trouble from ThunderClan,´´ The brown-splotched white warrior reported, annoyance sparking in her blue eyes. ´´However, Whistlestoat [ @/MockingRabbit ] and Mintpaw [ @/Snivellus ] never showed, and I ended up heading to the Thunderglade alone. I gave them ages to appear, and yet they didn´t. If there wasn´t anything in the warrior code against putting thorns in your Clanmates´ nests, I would definitely do that.´´

Fleetsmoke´s eyes narrowed down to slits, her tail swaying behind her. ´´However, you´re the medicine cat, so I´ll leave them to you.´´ She dipped her head respectfully and bounded off toward the warriors' den.

Still silently grumbling about being woken Lichenpaw was nodded at gamely as she approach, the two sitting in silence for awhile until the tom sighed and gave up. "Appears Buttercuppaw aint joinin' us. If she is she can catch up to us in the teritory, if not Im leavin' 'er fate ta Lightnin'storm. Lets go." Daylight was wasting after all.

Deadmoon trotted into camp beside Mushroomglow and with Honeypaw presumably close behind, dropping her weird dandelion owlweed whatever the heck it was called (she had indeed found hawkweed before her brain got scrambled by the unexplained child invasion) under the Galewood. If she'd only learned one thing, it was that going into Lightningstorm's den uninvited was NOT a good idea. The younger molly had snarled at plenty of other cats for that, and Deadmoon had no desire to join their ranks.

We got our herbs and found a kittypet kit, but Twilightstar's taking care of that. she grunted, probably cutting in front of Mushroomglow's report. If the other warrior had one. There was plenty of extra details to be filled in if Mushroomglow so desired, but that was the basic information Lightningstorm might actually need to know. Mushroomglow hadn't shown too much sign of wanting to take charge, and if she wanted to start now that was kind of just tough luck. Deadmoon turned to depart in the direction of the warriors den (her nest was calling her name) but didn't dip immediately just in case there were actual important questions she needed to answer. She really hoped there weren't. (+3 Hawkweed)

Padding into camp with the herbs Crowtooth flicked a tail to dismiss Lichenpaw, passing over boths bundle to Lightningstorm.
"Seems flower season aint quite over yet, still a decent amount out there if ya wanna take advantage later. Buttercuppaw however didnt show worth a lick but Im leavin' ya ta chase that up how ya wish.



Say I heard an interestin' case some other medicine cat had once. A panic stricken cat came ta the medicine cat an' explained 'Ya have ta help me, I think Im shrinkin'.' an' the medicine cat replied 'Now settle down. Yer gonna have ta learn ta be a little patient.' "
And before the molly could reply or even process that truly terrible pun Crowtooth bolted off without another word, cackling.

Purrks: Flock Together T2

This had been a fun patrol. Even though she didn't get to swim - Maybe I'll do that later - they had found a potential new clanmate. I wonder what this new kit's clan name will be. Luna's a kinda weird name. She wasn't actually certain this kit would be accepted in but she was curious anyways. She followed Deadmoon and dropped the mint she had collected beside her mentor's findings.

Today Crowtooth was a miiiiiite pissed. It was good think he'd been out of camp when it occurred otherwise he'd have probably have yelled at a kit in pure frustration. It wasnt a ton of prey Littlekit destroyed, but enough to be annoying so here he was, sending out patrols to recoup it.

"Deadmoon I dont trust many but you on this one. Take Twigleg an' Heathernose ta the riverclan border an' try an' mark what ya can but stay away from the water. Riverclan has warned o' critters in the river grabbin' cats an' drownin' them.

Keep a safe distance an' if ya see any fish be civil."
With Deadmoon at the head and the cats specifically selected to not cause trouble it should be fine. However the tom didnt ask them to hunt while they were there, certain that the otters if they were as carnivorous as they seemed wouldve cleared the area by now.

He would have gone himself but after the gathering snark if Dawnstar saw him on the border she might just vent her jealousy on his pelt.

If the deputy had a single clue about the warriors Thing with a thunderclan cat he'd ban her from that border but really he had no clue and instead fully trusted her with the patrol. Funny that.

The toms sacherine sweet smile was a thing of vengeance not caring today but hey! At least he didnt make her go with him and complained the entire way. Snowblind however was just the poor bystander/supervisor in this case.

Normally Crowtooth wouldnt send queens out at all but something about Whiterabbit just volunteered for the position so she was going if she wanted to. Spottedpaw should be up to it as well, he had to be nearly a warrior by now after all.
