[RiverClan] Whitestreak relations

This is my first character for WCO (and in general), and he needs relations obviously.
He’s a blue-gray Tom with a white streak from one side of his face to his tail. He’s kind but very nervous, and kind of quiet. His mom is dead and his father and two sisters became kittypets. He also is more active at night, and often watches the stars in a trance.

The roles I need:

Best friend (0/1)
The cat who understands him best (preferably someone who also is either an outsider or somehow different like that
Friend(s) (0/?)
Idk what to put here, he needs friends lol

Adoptive sibling (0/1)
Don’t really need one but would be nice

Rivals/bullies (0/?)
he was born right outside riverclan (still has riverclan parents though), so some people might consider him not clan born

Currently the only character I have in riverclan at the moment is fawnpaw! she could be a potential best friend or whatever you decide! She's a dusty brown she-cat with a white-tipped bobbed tail and pale green eyes! She's quite nosy and overly-excited about things but she only considers that as caring about her clan ^^

@oakcrane Fawnpaw can be a friend! Only reason she cant be best friend is best friend has to be an outcast. But friend works for sure!

Hi! I'm also very new to the site. I have a Riverclan cat, Goldenwing. She's 19 moons old, and is bold in the face of danger but is very reserved socially, she keeps to herself a bit but is very friendly once she gets comfortable with others. She could be a friend or best friend.
