Before she knew it, the moss ball was being slapped and hit by her siblings constantly. First to Butterflykit, then Firefly, then her Hornet, then Mantiskit. Waspkit bunched up her muscles and jumped up to slap the moss away.

Waspkit felt the moss hit her paw and fly away to the next sibling.

[ Even numbers were a hit, odd numbers were a miss - She got a 5, rip Spiderling - I apologise for her reaction ahah ]


Her eyes watched as the ball flew from siblings to sibling, each one hitting the ball higher and further away. Hah, this would be easy, the kitten was certain! Her paws rubbed together, getting ready to bump the ball back with her head (because she was just that cool). The mossy ball came from Waspkit with a mighty throw - a far throw - and Spiderlingkit began running back to hit.
''I got, I got it!''
She exclaimed, getting ready to motion her head and knock the ball right back to Cicadakit -- when she stumbled, and fell face first to the ground, the ball landing a tail's length away from her.
''NOOOOOO! I was supposed to catch it! This Unfair!''
Spiderlingkit got up, face figuratively red with embarrassment and anger, stomping about.
''I don't want to be out.''
She huffed, clearly upset as she sat and pouted. Stupid game.

Cicadakit was busy watching the mossball fly from sibling to sibling, he almost was even ready for the ball to come to him. However, 5 in the row was the first round's limit as Spiderlingkit attempted to catch Waspkit's long pass and missed. He winced as she went face-first into the sandy ground of the nursery, "Oof, that had to sting-" He mumbled quietly to himself. He waited until she was done with her small tantrum, empthay coursing through him. "It's okay, Spiderlingkit! Somebody had to be first. Nothing to be embarrassed about!" He was silently grateful it wasn't him because he had been totally spacing out just a few moments ago. He hoped his siblings would refrain from rubbing the loss in, but that was probably unlikely.

He returned to the rest of those still in the game after retrieving the mossball, sucking up a large breath of air. "Here we go again!" He tossed it up into the air, swatting it back toward Butterflykit. He had the advantage of being the one to start the last two rounds, meaning he could set himself up for the perfect shot.

From sibling to sibling aaaand... oh no!
Spiderling fell, not good!

She seemed... pretty okay, but definitely mood-wise.
"I think you did good!" She chimed in. Even if she hadn't kept the moss ball up, Butterflykit didn't really care. She would compliment whatever her siblings do.

Oh, Cicada was throwing it up again!
(i didn't put the roll before, my bad guys, rolling d10, 5 below is fail, 6 and up is success)

She barely missed.

"Awwwww..." she muttered as the mossball hit the ground, but her cheerful mood went right back up as she moved out of the way to watch.

The kit bit her tongue, but still couldn’t help but giggle as her sister who was so sure she would beat then flopped over onto her face. C’mon- it had to be somewhat funny? None of her other siblings were laughing though…odd. “Well—that’s what happens when you’re too clumsy silly, you don’t get to be in the game~” she teased (rather harshly), sticking her tongue out at her older sister.

Then she watched as her favorite older sister failed. She offered her a simple smile and a flick of her tail as to say ‘good job’. “Here we go!” she purred, proud she was getting closer to the finals…maybe papa would be proud? Either way—she hit the mossball in the air smoothly to the next sibling.

Waspkit was doing well, too. She'd told her wasp they needed to win this together, but... What if she ended up her fiercest competitor? That was a problem for later.

She rolled her eyes as Spiderlingkit complained (ignoring the fact that she'd react the same way if that were her). "Too bad Spiderlingkit," she shrugged, raring herself up to go. She'd hit it once, she could hit it again. Easy. She crouched down as Cicadakit tossed the ball back up into the air. Butterflykit was out, but didn't make much of a fuss. Now the competition was getting fierce. The ball came falling towards her. She'd wait for the perfect moment, then

She batted out with her paw, sending it flying toward Mantiskit, "YES!!" the celebration escaped her lips before she could hide it, cool persona foiled.
