"Hope that wasn't too cryptic for 'em," Jaystride said with a shake of his pelt. Dream hopping was kinda itchy! "Those two kids seemed kinda lost, huh?" If a plague didn't smarten them though, nothing would. ThunderClan had a rough time ahead - rougher than many of their past challenges.

Part of the former ThunderClan leader worried over just how young these new medicine cats were for the Clan, which is probably why she had stayed as long as the stars had allowed her to, offering them a kind smile and warm look. Cindersky knew better than to underestimate Bumblestar, because at least these young ones would be growing up in a ThunderClan that cared for its youth.

"I have faith they will be able to untangle the mess of omens," the silver dappled she-cat mused, glancing at her companion as they appeared back in the skies. "But yes, they did appear a bit... unsure of everything." Her worry betrayed her as she glanced behind her once again. "But they are ThunderClan; greatness is in their blood. I am sure with the help of the cats mentioned in the prophecy, they will all come out of this unscathed - and for the better."

"You're beginning to sound like an elder, Cinds." It wasn't without amusement - Jaystride thought the 'wise spirit' talk was funny and so in-line with her. She was always a smart cat, her self-isolation in death just made her come back... more wizardy.

"Well, regardless of their uncertainty Bumblestar's gonna whip 'em into shape real fast. If they can't keep up, she ain't gonna tolerate it." It reminded him .. of someone, though he pushed the thought aside. These kids had a better start, a thousand times over - if they faltered it would be different.

Stars, he wished that damned badger hadn't cornered him. If he could experience ThunderClan as-present... it'd be like a dream come true. Who woulda thought one of the kids they looked after could go on to bring stability to their broken Clan?

A shake of his head. Then, Jaystride reached to bop Cinds on her nose before he took off. "Last one to the Windtorn Oak is a rotten egg!"
