Wolfpaw frowned as Hollowpaw complained, wanting more sleep. Frankly, he wanted sleep, too. But what the hell was that?? It took a moment, but soon his denmate shot up, confirming that they had the dream too. "I have no idea who those cats were, or what they were sayin. But, I think we should report this to Bumblestar. It was too... Odd to be a normal dream," he commented, green eyes laying on Hollowpaw. "Come on, Let's go tell bumble," he said before hobbling out of the den

Fawnpaw stumbled into the medicine cats den, nose dripping with mucus and head radiating heat. Slumping down onto the floor, she would groan. "Hollowpaw? Wolfpaw? I.. I don't feel good at all..."

She didn't like this one bit. She had only had a tummy ache before and this was a whole new level. She felt so sick. She didn't want to move from a comfy nest and this was very unlike her. Normally the prospect of training would excite her, but right now it made her feel nauseated. Hopefully, the two healers could assist her.

Cinderkit's condition is honestly a little worrying to Hollowpaw. The elder flowers should be helping, but.... decisively, Hollowpaw examines the kit once more, growing a little worried at the sight of an odd phlegm he does not recognize. Trying to prod her mouth open, he's greeted by little white spots in her throat... he doesn't know what that means, but it's probably not good.... He'll be keeping an eye on her.

"I'll be as mean as I like," Hollowpaw says, rolling his eyes as he pushes a couple poppy seeds over to the apprentice. "Eat these for the pain," he tells her, "after that you should be fine as long as you're resting, but stay in here so I can keep an eye on you 'n reapply your dressing in a day or two."

[-2 poppy seed]

As Alpinepaw stirs, Hollowpaw, nudges the burnet towards her. "Mudhound said you should eat that for your strength. How's yer head?"

[- 2 burnet]

"Brave?" His head whips around as his sister enters the den, concern lancing through him more sharply than it would have for anyone else. She didn't look good, her frame was thinner than normal and she didn't have that sort of... buzzing energy that usually surrounded her. "What's wrong, are you okay?" He asks, moving to nose his face against her cheek, half for comfort, half to check what's wrong with her.

She smells of that strange tangy sickness he's come to associate with whitecough, but this is a little different, not quite the same. "Go sit, I'll be right back," he tells her, rushing into the back of the den and grabbing a few of the elder flowers he's used for the kits' whitecough. He didn't know if it would help here, but better to try than not to try. "Eat that, it'll bring down your fever. It's called elder flower."

[-3 elder flowers]

"But it's just a dream..?" He protests through a yawn, but still gets up to follow after Wolfpaw, making sure to take his time stretching and giving his fur a quick little wash.

Halfpaw had finally took the decision. It was frustrating, but he couldn't keep training in these conditions. And they kept becoming worse!
"Uhm... Hollowpaw? Wolfpaw? I think... I may have gotten a bit of whitecough." he said, after coughing a few times with a rough voice. He felt hot everywhere, he now noticed. Mhh... and so sleepy, too...
He definitely looked forward for a warm nest, for all the cold he felt and how much he had starter to tremble since the last training session. "Uhm... I feel.. very much cold."

Cinderkit coughed. Her body shaking as her fever slowly started to spike. The kit got uncomfortable and shifted around. Gosh! Being this hot was so annoying..... couldn't she cool down?

Cottonpaw gave a small snort, licking up the poppy seeds.

Nightwhisper poked his head into the den. "Hollowpaw, do you need anything? Herbs, water for the cats. Anything?"

The Mangled Tripod Got Up From The Clearing, With A Few Coughs, He Made His Way Over. He Moved At The Pace That Didn't Hurt His Head Terribly. Slowly. He Saw The Shady Den With Its Sickly Patients Inside. The Shade Covered The Heavily Scarred Tom's Face, As He Spoke. "Wolfpaw, Hollowpaw. I Know Y'all Are - Ack! - Busy, But I May Be Sick. Take Me When You Have Time." The Tabby And White Tom Sat Down Near The Entrance, Hunched Over. He Coughed Midway Through Their Sentence. "I'm Not Going Anywhere." The Tom Felt Like He Might See His Pre-Training Vole Again. All The Tripod Could Think About Was Not Hurling. His Tail Wrapped Around His Paw, His Eye Locked On His Intact Paw. Funny. One Eye, One Paw To Stare At. He Squeezed His Eye Shut As His Headache Increased In Its Painfulness. He Tried Holding In A Few Coughs,Only Making His Head Worse. Damn. This Is NOT The Time. I Just Got To Start My Training Now I'm Back In This Odd-Smelling Den. They Wanted Nothing More Than To Lay In The Apprentice Den, With The Scent Of Training-Tired Apprentices. He Winced As His Head Seemed To Get Ever So Slightly Worse. Just Buy A Furs-Length.

Orangepaw made his way to the entrance of the medicine den, headache growing worse with each movement.
He sniffled, trying to get rid of the grossness at his nose before he spoke into the den.
"Wolfpaw, Hollowpaw?" Orangepaw called inside, voice still a bit hoarse "I think I may be a little sick or something."

Lightningpaw walked into the medicine den on her own but barely accomplished this. She didn't want to ask help from anyone as she didn't really want to explain her failures to anyone. Unfortunately she was going to need some help for her wounds as they weren't doing well, she mostly stopped the bleeding with a mix of cobwebs and moss but her paws must have not been good enough for the task. Fear and bloodloss also didn't aid her in this. So she flopped down on the closest nest before looking to the other cats. It was hard to make them out. "One of you help me. Before I die young and pretty. I want to die old and pretty." She said weakly with the same snark she always had. If it was lacking it would mean she was truly afraid she would die.

Wavekit dragged themselves into the medicine den, their step slow and heavy, their little weight seeming too big for their trembling paws. A queen had insisted that they went to the medicine den becouse they looked like they "had caught something" and that "They should get that checked out before playing with the other kits". That was stupid! They were fine! Sure, their nose felt a little runny, and they felt a little bit tired, and they were eating less than usual... But they were fine! They could handle it! They were going to be a tough warrior, and tough warriors dont let themselves get put out of comission by this sort of things! Besides, this was just time they were wasting out of making new friends and playing in the nursery! This was stupid, oh so stupid...

But its not like they had a choice, the queen wouldnt let them back in until the medicine cats made sure they wouldnt pass on whatever they had to the other kits, so onto the den they went.

"Hollowpaw, Wolfpaw? A queen says im sick, could you do me a quick checkup to show her im fine so I can go play with the others again?" They said, their voice a little bit raspier than a kits should be, tho they didnt notice that. They tried their best to not let out their frustration on the medicine cats, it wasnt their fault that the queen was over reacting. They were both really cool, they would provably understand the situation and let him go with only a checkup, then he could go to play with his friends again!
