Chasmkit showed a sliver of emotion and quickly said, "Oh, I am so sorry if I made you uncomfortable." She was reserved, hardly showing any emotions at all. A few seconds passed by and Chasmkit spoke, "Of course! Which game should we play?"
PumpkinKit felt a bit relieved when ChasmKit showed a bit of emotion, even just a hint, it made him feel better.
He didn't want to be disappointing or annoying anyone now, did he?
His mood quickly lightened up again when the she-cat asked what game he'd like to play, his gaze flickering off to the side for a moment as he contemplated the question.
"Mmmmm, I don't know... How about warriors?"
He suggested, eyes lighting up as he thought of another option.
"Or chase? Or- Or- You could hide and I could try and find you!"
He shifted slightly, green eyes catching on a small butterfly that caught his attention.

Now this was iconic. FireflyKit was outside of the nursery at night, watching firefly’s. They were quite pretty too (just like her). No wonder they shared a name! She watched as they flew around and the light from them flickered. Amazing, one little bug could do that! She followed a few around, just a smirking them with wide eyes. She was glad a few wandered into camp.

Chasmkit spotted the same butterfly and was more interested in catching bugs. She said back to Pumpkinkit as she jumped at the butterfly, "Let's hunt bugs!" Somehow, the butterfly got into her mouth and she accidentally swallowed it. Chasmkit backed up and looked around for it. She realized that she swallowed it and mewed, "Oh. I swallowed it. Bother!"
"Wuh?" She flicked her head up, "nuh-uh, my pounces are perfect!" she asserted, aiming to pounce for the leaf Branchkit had missed - "watch this!"
The kit sprung forward awkwardly, missing the length by at least a fox length -- "uhhhh.... That was just unlucky." She sat up, brushing the dirt off her fur. "Maybe. But I'm gonna be a great pouncer!" She boasted, she was used to being in competitionwith her siblings, but... Branchkit was being nice. Maybe she didn't need to prove her skills? "and, uh, so are you! We're both gonna be great pouncers!" The compliment came a bit awkwardly at first, she wasn't used to giving them - but it soon flowed out naturally.

"Thanks!" Branchkit mewed, licking her paws. "I hope we get to train together as apprentices." Hornetkit's compliment sounded weird but Branchkit brushed it off. Confidently, Branchkit meowed, "We'll be the BEST pouncers in ThunderClan! We can just practise every day."
Littlerose, sat in the nursery watching her adopted daughter Branchkit play with the other kits. She yawned before curling herself into a ball and closing her eyes. She knew the other queens would let her know if she got in trouble.
Snakefang who was sitting close beside Littlerose, was watching the kits around her. She yawned, and stood up. She was super close to kitting, but since her mate Wolfsnarl was out on patrol. Who would get her food? Snakefang slowly stood up and started to walk to the nursery entrence.
Sorrel'kit watched silently. The other kits played games and did things together, whereas she, just sat and watched.
It may have looked like she wanted to join in, or have a friend, but that was quite the opposite. In fact, to Sorrel'kit, friends seemed to just be extra baggage in the long run. Life was about being successful and she didn't need anyone to help her do that, especially if all it would do is make drama.
So as Sorrel'kit watched the others, those seeing her would have no idea she was pitying them, not longing to play with them, however it suited her perfectly fine for cats to make assumptions about her, all she cared about was if they tried to make her play.
But for now, she wasn't being bothered or talked to or even looked at, so she nodded in content and went back to watching others.

Dawnkit and Nightkit look at Pumkinkit curiously they had just woke up from a nap "Who is that?" Nightkit asks "Its a kit" Dawnkit says "But that don't answer my question."

Chasmkit looked at Pumpkinkit and meowed, "I believe that it is crushed, Pumpkinkit. So it can't fly around in my stomach." She heard two other kits talking nearby and shifted her gaze over to them. Chasmkit did not know Dawnkit and Nightkit. She looked at the them for a while before bounding over. "Hello! I am Chasmkit and this kit next to me is Pumpkinkit. Who are you two?" The young kit politely mewed.
