The nightmares had been easing, thank the Stars. After her encounter with the other living cat in her dreams, Timberpaw had begun to wonder who else she could dream with. The first cat to come to mind was Fawnlight; she hadn't seen the medicine cat in a long while, and missed her comforting presence. And so, as she tucked her nose beneath her tail, Timberpaw's thoughts were filled with that starry clearing with the stream where she first learned to fish.

She wasn't sure when she slipped into unconsciousness, but at some point, she felt as if she was actually in the clearing. She reached a paw out to touch the delicate blades of grass, finding that they tickled her paw pad just like they did last time. A small, excited mrrp escaped her before she turned and started calling out. "Fawnlight? Are you there?"

Fawnlight - Former RiverClan Medicine Cat

With her back turned to the territory that stretched beyond her little den and the stream that trickled by, Fawnlight wasn't aware at first that she had a visitor. She was humming softly to herself as she sorted the small pile of herbs that she had collected earlier that morning, tail flopping back and forth behind her. "Marigold... celandine... mmm... might need more..." Her head bobbed back and forth a bit as she worked.

The small 'mrrp!' got her attention and Fawnlight turned, blinking in surprise. "Oh, Timberpaw!" That was the ThunderClan apprentice from a couple moons ago! Getting up the dappled she-cat crossed the space between them in a couple bounds, a wide smile stretched across her face. "It's been awhile since I've seen you - how have you been??" With her focus being so centered on RiverClan and helping young Berrypaw, Fawnlight hadn't had time to visit the dreams of others. But here Timberpaw was! It made her wonder if certain cats could just... visit StarClan whenever they wanted.
