Alpinepaw attempted to smile, but her attempt was futile. She just could not bring herself to smile. She knew she wanted to smile. Alpinepaw was still nervous. She does not know what to talk about with a new cat.

She frowned a bit as she heard her kits previous mentor got exiled. And that cat almost taught her own kit? Goodness. He kits understanding nature of her situation put a smile back on her face though. “Really? Interesting, do you know who and what for?” she questioned.
