The Glow of the Hummingbird's Song at sunset <3

Hummingbirdsong streched, claws extending for a moment. Hummingbirdsong looked around, padding out of the warriors den. Finding a sunny spot and settling down to sunbathe. She'd tried for kits with Blacksky, her mate Mushroomglow agreeing to try and have kits with the Tom as he had a male mate of his own (who also agreed). Though she wondered if she would get pregnant, she didn't think so.

Hummingbirdsong gave a small huff as she settled down. Never seemingly to get comfortable now-a-days.

The rusty colored she made her way out of the warriors den. Her plumed tail flowing behind her. Green eyes locked onto her mate. She purred, "Birdy dear, you seem a bit off. Is everything alright?" Mushroomglow was concerned for her mate, seeing that she seemed to be uncomfortable. She hoped she was alright. A little bit of her hoped she was pregnant, but if she couldn't get pregnant they could always adopt.

"I'm not sure" Hummingbirdsong mewed gently, sitting up to press her muzzle to Mushroomglow's muzzle. "You look so pretty today... well like always" She flirted playfully. "Honestly, I've been just, unable to get comfortable recently. " Hummingbird admitted

A playful glint in her eyes, "Why thank you for the compliment, I must say you are just as beautiful as the day I met you." Then the next sentence brought a small spark of hope, that she could be a mother. "..Maybe you should get checked out by Lightningstorm or Berrypaw. Could be something underlying. Just to be safe, y'know? Some of the cats where I lived would start feelin' real uncomfortable. Mostly their joints, cause they were old. But you're not, could be from a misstep when hunting. Ya never know."

Mushroomglow gently felt her mate's stomach. She gently brought her paws over different areas. "Sorry this may seem intrusive, Birdy. But onto the good news. I believe you may be pregnant!" The she-cats eyes softened as she stared at her beautiful mate. She could feel excitement bubbling in her stomach, she was truly excited. She always wanted kits. Now was the perfect time to have them.
