The Lionheart sat right outside of the abandoned Two-leg den, her tail bushed and curled around her large paws. She sat and thought for a moment, wondering what kind of adventure today would bring her if any. As tiring being a Lionheart was, it was equally as great. Nothing drove her more than getting the opportunity to smack the snot out of an unsuspecting crab. Haha, crabs. She hadn't seen one in a long time and began to wonder if she'd forgotten how to properly disarm them of their pinchers. It had taken her at least a few moons to develop the skill and loosing it would be somewhat disappointing but re-learning it could also be some fun.
The Lionheart glanced around the area, breathing in the metallic scent that carried over the river. She thought long and hard about how different things would start to be, with Fadingstar as leader things have already begun to shift and change and Owltalon was suddenly living a life full of adventure, that's what she would've wanted, right? Someplace with a close knit family but a good amount of thrills. The family part was lacking of course... But she'd gotten close at some point. Beachkit. Wherever he was now Owltalon would never stop feeling horrible about it. She should've kept a better eye on him, he didn't deserve to go. She'd like to think he didn't leave on his own accord, that just didn't seem like him. Owltalon loved him, he knew that. Even if it took moons for him to turn back up again, Owltalon would be right there, waiting for him with open paws. She just prayed he was safe, that's all she wanted for him even if he forgot about her.
The large tabby suddenly shifted her weight before yawning as she pulled herself into a stretch. She was positive some hunting could get done, maybe it would keep her mind off things. She had no intention of completely pushing back her thoughts, but thinking on something a bit less depressing might help her get back in her "go get it" mood.
She circled the campsite for a few moments before she decided on Rowanmane. She hadn't really talked to the tom at all which was a delay on her part. She loved chatting with lesser known clanmates, it was just flat out fun to learn about others. "Aye, chap!" She addressed him, her tail rising up above her head and curling at the tip. "Whatcha say we do a little huntin', yeah? Nothin' big of course, just anythin' we can find in the area."
