[RiverClan] The rivers will bring us home [Fadingstar Sibling Finder]

Hi all! So due to some changes that will be happening with Dusklion, Fading and her are unfortunately no longer able to be blood siblings. They’ll still remain close.

Given this change, I'm looking for some actual blood siblings for Fading! These are essentially long lost siblings; they were separated from him when their parents died at roughly three moons. They've grown up as outsiders, spending many moons wandering the outskirts and meeting a wide range of cats.

One day, while Fading is patrolling the outskirts by himself, he runs into a cat who looks awfully similar to himself. After a few moments hesitation, he approaches the cat and calls them by the name of one of his siblings.

The cat responds, and they reunite, much to their mutual disbelief. Fading finds out that his other sibling(s) are nearby, injured and in need of help after they were attacked by a gang of rogues looking to steal prey from them. This sibling came to the RiverClan border in hopes that the group there could help them. He agrees to help; everyone returns to RiverClan and the siblings are treated.

After some discussion, the siblings agree to join RiverClan. I have some plot ideas for them, but I'm going to keep them hush-hush for now : )

Anywho, since these are very important relationships for Fading and for what I want to do with him development-wise down the road, I'm going to be pretty picky with who I pick! I also have some requests/expectations:

 

1. Please, please stay active with them! Like I said these are very important to Fading IC and to his future development, so I strongly prefer that they're very active. If you lose interest in them, I'd really appreciate it if you'd adopt them instead of killing them off. I don't necessarily mind if they die down the road, just not for at least several months.
2. Please be willing to maintain their blood relation to Fading! It's important to me and to him.
3. Since they're his siblings, they need to look like him! Fading's parents passed down the genes for orange, black, gray, and white, so keep this in mind! Eye color options are either blue or green.
4. Please be willing to keep them in RiverClan!
5. The siblings should all be very close, considering they've spent their whole lives together! I'd also like for them to grow quite close to Fading as well

I'm looking for 1-3 cats depending on how many applications I get. I'll leave this open until I find the right candidates! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out!

Willowheart

 

Willowheart is a blue-gray female cat with blue eyes. Her fur is short but very dense. She is 43 months old.

 

Willowheart is quite sad but kind and loves all cats, especially those who is younger than her.

 

 

Willowheart's life is full of sadness. When Willowheart joined Riverclan, she felt happy together with her apprentice Featherpaw. When she died, Willowheart was devastated. She became another cat. Her other apprentice was named Cinderpaw. He was okay, but Willowheart never forgot Featherpaw. When Cinderpaw died too, she was very sad. Otterpaw, her current apprentice does everything to cheer her up but it doesn't go well. Willowheart has always had a lot of respect for Fadingstar and wouldn't be too surprised if he was her brother.

 

Loyal- She is loyal to Riverclan and Fadingstar.
Loving- She loves all Riverclan cats.
Agile- She is fast and can move smoothly.
Good Teacher- She has a lot of experience having trained many apprentices.

 

Willowheart has always liked Fading and felt a kind of kinship with him. It wouldn't surprise her very much if he was Willowheart's brother, and she always wished she had one.

throwing my hat in the ring just in case :) since i haven't done any rp on the site yet, i can supply an example if prompted (via dm or however you prefer)

Basics:
Name Ideas (rogue): Pyre, Bonfire ("Pyre" will be used for this but the name is incredibly flexible)
Gender: intersex xtm ; he/him
Appearance: calico with majority black/orange; only having little splotches of white on, most notably, his chest/face. he has dim, dark blue eyes. he looks quite older than he actually is; grey fur starting to show around his muzzle/ears

Personality:

 

Pyre is quite reserved, even to those that know him quite well. He much prefers to hang on the edge of groups and watch silently. He is incredibly quick to pick up on things other cats generally miss; chances are he'll keep it to themself, however. He is very careful with his words and can spend minutes trying to decide the best phrasing. He has an incredibly strong sense of family and will sacrifice anything in order to protect it

Thoughtful: very careful with his actions along with his words, Pyre can, at times, take a very long time to make any decision. so long, in fact, that is isn't uncommon for the moment to pass before he responds to something
Reserved: preferring to stay by himself on the outskirts, Pyre has a little difficulty with keeping up casual conversation. he is a little better with those close to him, but nowhere near the skill expected at his age
Loyal: attached to family, Pyre can be incredibly fierce if anything messes with his blood or perceived family
Mature: forcing himself into the parental role at a young age, Pyre aged himself beyond their years
Watchful: spending the most enjoyment being on the outskirts just making sure everyone's okay, he sees things that others' are too occupied to notice
Protective: Pyre is incredibly fierce when it comes to family, doing anything to prevent harm to them. this includes at sacrifice of his body or wellbeing
Caring: naturally fitting into a nurturing role, Pyre is very caring and patient with others. he has a soft spot for kits and is incredibly good with them. however, it can get a little overbearing at times

Backstory Idea:

 

After Fadingstar was separated, life was not kind to the siblings. Pyre took on a parental role, stressing and protecting their siblings. Due to this, he has aged beyond his years. He has become well accustomed to violence in order to protect his loved ones and has visible scarring on his body. He has also developed chronic pain from the stress on his body along with mind

Ailments (physical / mental):
- visible scars littering his flank
- chronic joint pain from old injuries
- stomach problems from chronic stress

- severe anxiety
- cPTSD

Benefits to Fadingstar/RiverClan:
Pyre would be able to provide insight that other cats might not be able to. his time as an outsider would be able to bring unique thinking onto the table. Pyre's loyalty towards family would very quickly extend to Fadingstar, along with the rest of the clan in time
i am also planning on (when i'm able to) purchasing the "Bilingual" purrks for this character
