Ever since the kit had met his 'father' Crow, he'd only grown more and more curious. The white and red kit glanced around the camp, wondering just who was out and if he could sneak past them. With the cats he could currently see, he figured he could get out fairly easy.

Hollykit darted out of the nursery through a small gap in the camp wall, barely managing to squeeze himself out. The Windclan kit took a deep breath of cool morning air, his eyes filled with curiousity.

He hummed in thought, trying to remember what direction Daywhisper had brought his sister and himself a few days prior. He narrowed his eyes as he finally decided on a direction, out of pure luck and no knowledge whatsoever he managed to somehow pick the right one.

The mostly white tom darted off in the direction he chose, beginning to recgonize different landmarks from his previous trip as he continued. He sniffed around, trying to recognize the scents around himself.
Nothing he smelled was familliar, for the most part at least. He could faintly pick up Crow or Snape's scent, he wasn't sure which one.

Crow and Snape were back in there den, but Snape had decided to go out hunting. Crow twitching in his dreams, Snape snorted as he watched his brother. But while going out to hunt, halfway onto the moor he noticed a familiar scent. Hollykit. The kit Snape believed was his and not his brother Crow's. Snape remembered the affair and as ruthless as he was, had a bit of shame. Snape wondered if Daywhisper told Crow.... or the kits yet that they were only half siblings. Snape snorted and shook out his ginger pelt, deciding not to think about it as he padded onwards, keeping an eye out for Hollykit and for any Windclan warriors.

Hollykit heard a noise, and being unsure of what it was, he darted into the nearest bush. His peircing green eyes narrowed to slits as he looked around to the best of his ability without making any noise.

The white and red kit shrank into himself a bit, trying to make himself as small as he possibly could. His gaze shot around, his vision obscured by leaves and branches.

His tail tip twitched nervously as he waited, listening carefully for any other noises or for whatever made the first noise to find him. He squeezed his eyes shut tight, wrapping his tail tightly around himself.

Snape had already scented Hollykit, his brothers assumed kit smelled a bit strongly of Windclan scent... and Daywhisper's scent. Snape shook out his ginger and white fur, sniffing gently as he looked around. "I'm not dumb kit, stop hiding. You'll get in trouble by your oh so dear mommy if your caught out here." Snape growled, his eyes piercing the area around him, leaving a threatening silence between them before daring to notice if the kit made a move or not. Snape sat, annoyingly close to the bush. His ginger tail wrapped around his paws, waiting for his son to reveal himself. "If you don't show yourself, then when you get home at least tell your mother she needs to talk to Crow, she'll know why." Snape grumbled, standing up, now bored and about to leave.

The tom's tone caused a shiver to run down the kit's spine. Hollykit slinked out, tail tucked between his legs as he faced a luckily familiar cat "Oh you're my dad's brother, right? Snoop? or... Snake? er-" He furrowed his brows, trying to remember the actual name of the cat who was actually his dad.

He looked closer at the tom, narrowing his eyes. He tilted his head curiously as he glanced back at his own pelt before looking back towards Snape. He wasn't sure what was up but something was "Why would I tell Mama to talk to Dad? Can't you find and tell her yourself?" He asked tilting his head.

(Sorry for the wait!! Been a little busy lately but slowly getting back into things lol)

Snape snorted, "I wouldn't talk to your mother if she gave me 100 rabbits." Snape looked the kit up and down again. "Anyways, how'd you even get out?" Snape muttered, looking at his kit indifrently. "Oh shut up about your dad, I'm surprised you mom hasn't told you. Crow isn't your dad."

Snape growled, "Your dumb if that's what you think." Snape bared his teeth as he snarled the next words, "Your little mommy isn't as faithful as you think, I'm your father son. Now run along home before I drop you off dead, and tell your mom to tell Crow she had an affair, or I will with claws and not words." Snape snarled, using his large paws, claw unsheathed to swipe the kit away. "Worthless vermin" He growled

Hollykit dodged out of the way of his father's claws, staring slack-jawed and wide-eyed "Wh-" His brows furrowed, it's what he was told. What else was he supposed to believe? Was he supposed to just assume everyone around him was lying?

He did notice he'd looked more like Snape than Crow but they were related so he figured it was just a family trait mixed with whatever traits his mother carried. He frowned, it's not like this was world-shaking news. He barely knew either of the toms, so it felt rather anti-climactic.
