If the Dark Forest was gonna stomp all over StarClan camp, Jaystride was gonna do the same to their camp. Cats of Hell beware, he came with glitter and wasn't afraid to use it!

"Nice place!" Not. Jaystride stepped into the camp and scrunched his nose at the ramshackled clearing. So this was their almighty base of operations? At least add some decor, damn. "You build this yourselves, or did an earthquake do all the work for ya?"

[BEAR.]

Well, they were just a lovely bunch of buzzkills. "Ah, well why don't I freshen the place up for ya?"

Then Jaystride began to rub StarClan scent all over the camp. Oh no, the Dark Foresters might smell nice for a change! The horror.

[BEAR.]

Still nothing? Damn, tough crowd. Jaystride expected more from this bunch of oafs but then again, if they were too stupid to make it to StarClan he really ought to not hold them to a higher standard.

After making the place reek like StarClan, and maybe leaving some streaks of stars - though he noticed the shadows of the forest seemed to eat them - he shook his pelt and headed for the entrance. If he remembered some of the Warden names, he might yell for one just to see what'd happen... did he know any???

Actually, he did. One liked to pester his kid, though he hadn't recently."MAAAAGPIEWISSSP!"

Visiting so many dreams had given Nightwalker considerably more energy. Interacting with the living reminded him what it was like to be alive--even though he had only died what... forty-something moons ago? He hadn't bothered to hang around the Dark Forest camp, spending most of his time floating in the dark waters that made up the forest floor around the camp, wallowing in silence and reflecting.

But now that he had a purpose again, Nightwalker was more than ready to interact with the haughty, righteous bunch of losers that sat on the other side of the border. And my, it looked like today would provide a good opportunity for that.

Nightwalker watched the StarClan tom stride into camp and immediately rub up against everything, the stars in his pelt dimmed by the oppressive darkness that gave the Dark Forest its name. He was calling out cats and trying to get attention, but no one bothered to give him any attention. Well, why not give the tom what he wanted?

Nightwalker leapt down from his perch, approaching Jaystride casually. "Having fun?" He purred, almost like a mother watching her kit get into trouble. "Most of your kind don't like it out here."

The Giant Moved Through The Odd Camp. Where He Saw His Mate For The Last Time. Would Darkfire Ever Visit Him Again? How Would He See Him Now? Paw Pads And Body, Wounded And Burnt By The Shower Of Burning Stardust From The Veil. He Moved Slowly.

Thud.. Thud.. Thud.. Thud.. Thud.. Thud.. Thud..

His Paws Thudded Against The Dusty Ground, Tail Dragging Behind Him.

Thud.. Thud.. Thud..

He Stopped, Smelling A Familiar, Yet Warpped With Blood Scent. Who Was that? It Was So Hard To Tell. He Growled, Whirling Around Until He Saw A Grey Pelt, Oh So Familiar.

Ah, to be greeted so warmly after the otherwise emptiness of this odd forest. It was a breath of fresh air. "Yeah, me. Who tied your tail into a knot?" Lark asked, pushing to her paws - she'd lounged long enough - and squinting at her newfound companion. Oh, she loved having to not pretend that she couldn't see. This place brought her some odd, twisted form of freedom. Somehow. She wouldn't go into the logistics of it.

Her tail lashed against the ground, head cocked to the side curiously. "Oh, you're the self-proclaimed, failed murderer, right? Lionflop? Figures that you'd end up here. Not sure why you willingly believe and send yourself to a place that'll be your damnation." Safe to say, Lark had a whole lot of pent-up energy. Lots of steam to blow off.

The Heavy Sound Was Louder Than He Expected. Good. He Smiled. Fought Ta Die, Fight To Die, Is It? The Tom Commented, Smiling Ear To Ear. Time For Us Both To Blow Off Some Steam, Eh? The Giant Tom Laughed, Moving Into A Battle Pose.
