Thrushkit sat and nitpicked at leaves. Some of them had turned a bit brown from rotting in the sun for too long. But Thrushkit liked leaf-fall better, so he took this as a sign it was coming soon. The heat wasn't unbareable, but it wasn't great when it was on your flank every day.

Bloomingblaze laughed a bit at the dramatic shaking.

She then watched the issues with the bee.
"Do ya' think we could follow it t' honey?" She joked.
Honey was good, yes, but she didn't feel like going looking for it.

Doeflame's tail twitched thoughtfully as Bloomingblaze wondered if they could follow the bee to find honey. "I guess," she said. "No idea how we'd get it out of the hive without being stung by a swarm of bees, but it would taste good. And I think I've seen it in the medicine cat's den before, so it has a medical value. The medicine cats would be pleased to get some. Of course, they'd have to use some herbs treating us as well. And we'd need some of the honey as a reward. Like, if we got multiple bee stings, which hurt, trying to get it, I don't think they'd have a right to complain."

"But I don't really feel like getting stung today, so no thanks. You can do it with another cat. I'll watch and laugh at you when you come home with heaps of stings and no honey." Part of her hoped she did it. That would be hilarious.

"Plo'ly should hunt soon, though." She thought out loud "Haven't eaten yet, how 'bout you?"
