Scary stories? What was this, some sort of daft kit game? Even still... Hollowpaw found himself curious. So much so, in fact, that he decided to wander on over - though he stuck to the back of the group as much as possible when he saw Twistedpaw in the crowd, expression darkening. He seriously had no clue why she seemed to dislike him, but he would return that energy and magnify it tenfold. Unless, of course, she stayed away from him like she was doing now. This was preferred.
Truthfully, Twistedpaw hadn't expected to see Hollowpaw here, after all, this seemed like exactly the kind of thing he would dislike. Hate, even! There was so much that seemed to ruffle that poor apprentice's fur the wrong way. She wonder what it would look like if he smiled. Would the world explode? Would he explode? What silly thoughts, of course he wouldn't! Still, she could believe it to be a rare feat - but something she was determined to bring out in him. As such it was no surprise that when the bi-coloured apprentice noticed her former denmate, she did not hesitate to scurry on over and playfully bump her shoulder against his (or try to, at least), a happy grin on her face. For what it's worth, she was happy to see him. Perhaps a scary story would do him some good.
The silvery spotted apprentice, upon finishing his scarfing down his fresh-kill in the solitary spot, stood up on all fours and went to dispose of the remains when he heard Wolfhive's meows in the distance, summoning his clanmates around the prey-kill pile to share tongues of scary stories.
Creepingpaw's bright green eyes shifted into critical slits as he rolled his eyes and shook his head. Scary stories? He might as well have taken this straight to the nursery! Figuring it was more fun to listen to some lame stories rather than go straight to his nest, the young apprentice briskly darted towards the group of bustling cats that began surrounding the prey-kill pile. Dropping down to his haunches, he began licking his paws while scoffing to himself in hopes that he would be somewhat entertained tonight.
Wolfhive furrowed his brow at the clearly sick baby Weepingwillow had brought out. Thankfully she took Skykit back into the nursery before Wolfhive had a chance to say something, but he kept a wide berth between where Skykit was and himself. He'd have to let Drizzlecloud know to deal with that, 'cause.. the last thing they needed was an outbreak.
Basilkit's excitement was a lot. "Easy there tiger, don't wanna reopen your leg." The wound was scabbed, but not totally healed - and even had it scarred over completely it wouldn't be done. A wound that severe would take a lot of time to fully mend, if it ever did. "Sure, you can do the first one." Wolfhive had planned a story.. but figured it could wait.

A grey-brown, long haired she-cat with tabby stripes and big yellow eyes. She is of average stature, if not only slightly on the larger side.

At the growing crowd by the fresh kill pile, Cedarstrike stopped in her tracks. Had something happened? Hurriedly walking over, she realized as she got closer that everyone was just. Chillin' out. PHEW! "What's everybody doing?" She asked nobody in particular, sitting down in the group and wrapping her tail around her paws.

Cypresspaw yawned. The sky was darkening, and he was getting impatient. “Guys.. who’s actually gonna tell a story? This is taking a long time..” He looked round at his Clanmates expectantly. I have a few up my fur if no-one else does, he thought. Cypresspaw was hoping to be able to tell a story as well tonight. Maybe if he told a good one, some of his denmates would like him more.

I felt the blood trickle down my leg.
It was cold..
The young tripod took a deep breath before saying her story, she had the perfect one. "One foggy night, a apprentice wondered around camp, curious of what was lurking in the shadows....it stopped as it saw a shadowing figure running past a tree with a woosh sound as it ran. The apprentice's blood ran cold with fear, even though there was fear, the apprentice was curious of what it was, so they crouched down and walked to the woods, the woods were dark, dark as it could get, they could barely see but could see good enough to know where they were going...the figure then appeared again, running past it faster than before, the apprentice ran after it, not slowing down, following it until it vanished once again. "What is this thing?" The apprentice mumbled to themselve, blood still running cold with fear the apprentice looked around once again. As their head turned, facing behind them, they saw it once again, but this time the creature didnt run. The creature had a huge bloody smile, sharp teeth, and a tall figure, as it hovered over the apprentice it said.."Oh....well we meet again my dear....i think you would be i great MEAL!" It said as it ran closer to the apprentice, the apprentice then ran straight ahead, panting as it felt the drool off the shadowing figure drop down on their back. The figure then grabbed up the apprentice and slit their throat without a warning, it then ate the apprentices blood and chewed it up. then the creature dissapeared into the darkness, leaving blood spots everywhere, never to be seen again..." the kit had a creepy look on it's face mimicing the look of the creature before screeching and running around because they thought that their story was the best.
Cypress’paw scoffed. “Sure, kit. Lemme tell a real scary story.”
“Once there was two curious apprentices, who snuck out of camp in the middle of the night. They were following a mysterious scent, one which they had never smelt before. They followed it through the pitch black forest, but as they walked deeper in, the more lost they got, and the darker it seemed to get. Then they stumbled into a clearing, the horrible bloody scent filling the air, almost choking the apprentices then and there. Suddenly, a massive figure leapt out in front of them, and let out the most distorted and terrifying screech, and soon the clearing was flooded with jagged teeth and blood thirsty eyes. It had been three days and the apprentices were still missing, even their bodies couldn’t be found, when on the third night one of the other apprentices had a nightmare, and went out into the clearing to get some air, and then - there it was. The two bloody, mangled corpses in the middle of the clearing, so badly wounded and crippled they could hardly be recognised. The next morning, the corpses were gone, only the third apprentices body laid there, mouth open in a silent scream, his eyes were empty…
completely black.”
“The end!! HAHAHA! You should all see your faces!!”

basilkit stared at cypresspaw and frowned, his story was alot like hers. "You copied me! not fair!! I was having fun!!!"
basilkit said as tears filled her eyes because she thought she was getting made fun of.
Cypress’paw’s Eyes grew softer and rounder, bending down to the small kit. “Oh no, little one, your story was great!! I didn’t copy you, I made my story up myself. I think you beat me though.” he assured them.
