"Oh hello." She said looking at the other warrior. " I'm sorry if I offended you and any others. I'll try to be better." She was disappointed that she did it again.

Re: ShadowClan Clearing
Springburst. Her first apprentice, a former RiverClanner at that. Time had passed, Sleepysunrise knew she ought to be able to leave camp soon now and - granted she hadn't left - that meant it was high time to shake of the first-mentor jitters and get acquaintanced with the stranger. The stranger whom she knew needed to be taught in the ways of ShadowClan. But what did Springburst truly need to covered, other than stealth and night hunting? RiverClan was, by many means, a clan. And yet she couldn't trust it to adequately train their apprentices to ShadowClan standards... If it were up to her, she would assess the newly joined RiverClanner's battle skills too, though she was interested in hearing what Springburst herself had to say.
Frankly, Sleepysunrise had little idea whom Springburst exactly was; hence, she sought out the most non-ShadowClan scenting foreigner that seemed vaguely familiar from the meeting, approaching them with a greeted flick of her ear and a dull, piercing gaze.
"What do you know?"

Re: ShadowClan Clearing
The silence that surrounded her often threaded a thin line between peaceful and deafening. What was a calm day spent guarding camp one moment could turn into a hell ablaze under her paws and within her mind the next, a switch happening within a matter of seconds, leaving – always – perplexed and confused, uncomfortable by the thoughts that would then run rampant through her normally controlled mind.
It was her secret. She couldn’t share these. She had, once. When mama gave the ultimatum and she could no longer bear the pressure of the den or the situation, and she left, running, hiding in Miss Grandmama’s den hoping her grandmother would not find her in such a panicked and dishevelled state. In such a moment of weakness. Sleepysunrise had a long learned that she had a reputation to uphold – not just her own; the select few who cared to look her way would surely only know her for her family, or see her a strange ghost walking the edges of camp.
It always had been as such. Sleepysunrise knew she was not liked as much as some, she knew she was not held in high regard as much as others; but it did not matter. As long as she had her family, as long as she had their care, she was happy. All she had to do was keep working for it, and not dare fall behind. And yet, it is so silly, how a single word can put that entire thought in jeopardy; she was fine, but was that truly so?
For the first time in two moons Grousepaw addressed her himself – not with a ball of mud to her face, a cold stare sent her way. But with a casual greeting reflecting much of how it once was; he penetrated the bubble she created around herself, and she tried however much she could not be bothered by his presence, to ignore him, even. Funny how she almost missed that when he turned her the cold shoulder, a realisation she couldn’t quite process, even when he addressed her now and she could only stare back in mild confusion.
But he spoke so casually now. A sense of cold ran through her body, chilling her to the bone when that distant mask found its way back upon her face, barely a minute movement acknowledging his presence or the ever so familiar nickname he was so insistent on using. She knew he stood quite a head taller at least, but truly! Even so, as much as her mind and better senses screamed at her to ignore his taunts and turn away from his as she always had, turn away from him as he had from her these past two moons, the fool inside of her was tempted. The fool inside of her justified that he required an escort out of camp to gather honey for the clan, the fool inside of her justified that it was her duty to join him now or remain sitting in shame. And it was that very fool whom finally, after a lengthy silence, looked him in the eye and gave an ever so subtle nod, standing on her paws, ready to follow his lead for this impromptu patrol.
