and now? well, you fly.
She/her - 8 moons
Short grey molly with a darker stripe and amber eyes
The collector - Heightened perception (smell) - Hulk SMASH
She had been staring at her paws the whole morning. It was such a strange feeling, because she has spent the past almost three moons working towards this, and her whole kithood before that dreaming of what would come after this.
Pigeonpaw had woken up today with the plan to try and find someone to train her again, perhaps Yellowtwist if he was around (she hadn't gotten too much time to spend with her mentor), and had eventually gone out with a warrior... and they had practised fighting... and she had realized that everything they covered was things she had already learnt. She had planned on going on so many patrols and learn some many things... and now she had.
Trying to refind her signature smile that never seemed to leave her features otherwise, the apprentice got to her paws and searched the camp. She needed an enforcer for this since she honestly couldn't find the guts to approach Dawnstar herself. As it happened, Sleepysunrise, who she still mistakenly called Sleepypaw in her head, was the first one her gaze fell upon, and while it felt strange to have this be a cat you'd been a 'paw alongside with, Sleepy was an enforcer now.
"Eh, hey, Sleepysunrise?" Many syllables for the little Pigeonbrain, but she had trouble using a nickname right now. "Would you mind doing my assessment? Like,,, now."

Re: and now? well, you fly.
Oh. An assessment. For a few moments, Sleepysunrise simply stared at the apprentice nearing her own age group. She was young. The same age as herself when she was assessed during the fight against RiverClan, a fact that the enforcer tried not to comment on. If she managed to finish her training early, why couldn't Pigeonpaw? It yet it somehow felt like an insult to her skill, like she had not done enough to reach her name and where she was now.
But, she couldn't let such thoughts overtake her mind. Not right now, not when there was a duty to be fulfilled. After a pause possibly considered far too lengthy, she nodded. Got up. And began heading towards the territory, assuming the apprentice would follow. Truthfully she had never handled an assessment before, in fact, she had not had a normal assessment herself. But she was well-informed, courtesy of her own prowess. Sleepysunrise knew battle assessments ought to be taken with Dawnstar or, sometimes, an enforcer. That is why Pigeonpaw must have sought her out instead of a mentor.
But before that came hunting. After all, what warrior couldn't hunt? Stopping a good ways into the territory, she turned to face the apprentice.
"Hunting. Catch what you can."
She instructed simply, taking a step back to assess Pigeonpaw's skills as she went, intent on silently following - a test of stealth, too.
