Drizzlecloud still wasn’t over Springlight’s appearance, so she spent the majority of the meeting zoned out almost completely. Even as announcements were made, she sat with her head lowered, her ears flat against her head, and her green eyes staring blankly in front of her. The voice that most frequently spoke to her, the one that she recognized as the star on her shoulder, interrupted her endlessly empty staring.

The voice insisted and insisted, she swore that if she could feel the owner of the voice’s touch, they would be brushing their tail over her back. But, no such feelings of comfort came, only the soft voice. With a slow blink, she lifted herself to her paws, and with her head still tucked low she made her way to where Wolfhive and the passed out apprentice sat–er, laid?
She lifted a paw to the apprentice’s chest, before her paw traveled up to the apprentice’s neck–their heart was still beating, still alive. By the looks of it, as she did her check over the young apprentice, it looked as though nothing was wrong… Just overwhelmed. “Pinepaw will be okay–if you’re staying with him until he wakes up, just make sure that he doesn’t get up too quickly after he wakes up. He should take it slow after having passed out like this.”

Despite the disappointment of not hunting any snakes Beepaw quickly brightened up again, the sound of new warriors being announced, that was definitely going to be him one day with a cool warrior name and everything! "Flamesurge, Shockhoney!" Beepaw rose his voice with the rest of the clan, though he wasn't sure the two new warriors would even hear him over the others. He turned his attention back to Cedarstrike and sat down. "What kind of predators do we have in thunderclan? I bet we could both take them down easily! Predators watch out, Beepaw is here to save the day!!" Beepaw puffed out his chest, quite proud of the threat he just threw at the predators that highly likely didn't even hear him, nor care.
