"You were still talking about him, that counts." Antpaw quietly retorts to that, rolling his eyes. He was taking back his neutral first impression of Vinepaw earlier. What a stupid cat, to not even know that. She really thought she could mention Spikepaw's name from barely a few pawsteps afar and he wouldn't notice.

"Morons, the lot of them." He meows to Spikepaw, agreeing with his friend.

"Idiots.... Cowards....." Spikepaw whispers to Antpaw. "Oh, and don't fall off the tree, little kitty! Or it might take moons for you to be a warrior. Oh, wait, that's already true, isn't it? I'm sorry, does the truth hurt? Does little kitty need her mommy?" Spikepaw meows happily to Vinepaw.

Antpaw twitches his whiskers and glances at his father, and the hornets, nervously, hoping they didn't notice. Luckily things seemed to be alright now, but it would be bad if his friend got reprimended. Spikepaw seemed to really dislike Vinepaw. Antpaw filed away that information in his mind- he understood that some cats were just insufferable. "I'll bet a feather Vinepaw falls." He meows to Spikepaw.

In Antpaw's personal opinion, though Vinepaw sucked, the other cats weren't much better. That was why he was brooding in the corner-except for a few special exceptions, most other cat sucked. He didn't really want to play Mossball. Where was the ball, anyway?

"Do I have to?" Antpaw meowed, then glancing at Spikepaw, who appeared to be in an especially bad mood, he nodded. "Fine. Sure, let's play." His voice is a little sulky at first, but soon settles into his typical neutral tone.

Vinekit scoffed and swayed her tail absentmindedly. She rested her head on her paws while chilling on the tree branch she was balancing on. Vinekit seemed to be fine and looking perfectly balanced.

Vinekit's tail bristled. "I won't fall!" She yowled loudly, which was rare for a quiet cat like her. "I'm much better at tree climbing than you." Vinekit meowed smartly and held her chin up.

Antpaw follows after Spikepaw, padding forward lazily and nervously. Was that... Fleckpaw? Antpaw stays silent, but his tail sways on the floor.

Fleckpaw is taken aback at first, but calms down quickly. Spikepaw had refused when she was the one offering, but now he wanted her to agree to a game? Taking into account Spikepaw's personality, and the fact that he seemed to be particularily prickly today, this shouldn't surprise her. In fact, it was great that he wanted to spend time with her. Fleckpaw hadn't heard his remark to Vinekit, so she smiles.

"I was talking to Alpinepaw," Fleckpaw replies back, in an amused tone. "But sure. If she agrees." Fleckpaw turns to the shy she-cat. Fleckpaw wanted everyone participating and having fun, even the more introverted cats. It was a great opportunity to get to know each other. She was not going to leave any cat feeling left out, that was for sure. "What about it, Alpinepaw?" Fleckpaw asks ina friendly manner, "Do you want to play? We can have teams, and play against each other, or together, if you want. It'll be fun!"
