Willowkit trotted along to the new place for moss. " Okay Mama! We can do shorter lessons." She purred as she put her claw under moss and got some. " I can't wait to be an apprentice! It's going to be so much fun." She mewed. A leaf flew down, and landed on Willowkit's nose. She sneezed and fell down. @Rowan
Seakit hadn't really played mossball, since no one really talked to her. "Sure!" She purred. She was so excited." Is this my first friend?" She thought as she smiled. @Highsnow of Matterhorn

Sunpaw found it cute and admirable to see the younger generation trying to get ahead of apprentice training, even if it was the small stuff. It gave her hope that the clan would stay calm and stable for moons to come and not fall into chaos like riverclan. "Your mom is very smart, it's nice to get some training done but don't want to do too much! Especially since you're still growing you'll probably tire out quickly, apprentice training is a lot of work!" the tiring part was a reach for some she would guess. Unlike some of her other den mates who complained a bit, she never got tired of training herself, more so she felt more energized. "My mentor is Sprucejumper, he might not say a lot but I got tons of faith that they're good at their job, my last one didn't seem to have cared about my existence!" with a flick of her tail she smiled at the young kit as she listened to them speak again. It was nice to run into someone else who too had a lot of things to say, it made everything much more interesting for her. "She doesn't really have to be blood-related for her to be your ma! It's nice but sometimes you can find a family with others around you!"

Briarberry watched the duo go and rested her head on her paws. Her stomach was feeling kind of funky, come to think of it - she wondered if she ate something off.
Beetlepaw returned with a big, wet bundle of moss in her jaws. She gently dropped it at the queen's paws before starting to clean out a nest. "Enjoy." she mewed quietly.
Briarberry purred at Beetlepaw's return. "Thank you, honey. You doing alright?" She began to lap at the water, she hadn't realized how thirsty she was until her tongue touched it.
Beetlepaw shook her head, still seeming quite sad. She started to clean her pelt. "How long until you have your kits?" she mewed. Beetlepaw may hate a lot of people, but she could never hate a little kit, in fact, she seemed quite fond of them.
"If you want to talk about it, I'm all ears." Briarberry wasn't going to force Beetlepaw to share her burden, but would remain open if she desired to speak about it. "Oh, it has to be any day now.. and trust me, honey, I can't wait for them to leave. Love these bugs bunches but they make me feel like I'm gonna explode!" Despite her complaints, her voice vibrated with purrs.
"Oh, I couldn't imagine having kits of my own, but I would love to take care of them." Beetlepaw mewed, her once scruffy pelt now clean, and sleek. "Do you have any name ideas?"
Weepingwillow kindly shook her head. "No thank you" She purred gently

Briarberry twisted slightly to lap at the side of her stomach, smoothing some unkempt fur. "I never imagined having my own either, but.. things happen. You don't need to have your own to raise some, though." As for names.. "I think.. I have a theme in mind, but no specific names yet. Their father is Spiderthroat you know, so I was thinking of bug names like that." A little hum of thought. Anything to solidify their place. [ @Alderheart2763 ]
"Oh, hello Whitepaw! I'd be happy to take that, thank you." It being headless was odd.. but Briarberry didn't really care, her stomach was writhing in a way that made her assume she was hungry. [ @Kaida ]
She smiled when Vinepaw.. Vinekit? Oh, Briarberry didn't know. Demotions could be complicated! reappeared. "Hi sweetie, let's see..." Some of the bedding was in disrepair - surely not her fault !! and the den.. "Why don't you grab some extra moss? I could use some fresh bedding and it doesn't hurt to have some lying around as a spare."
