Honeypetal stretched, padding out to the ThunderClan clearing. There were several other of his Clanmates out there. Alright, I've gone on patrol and trained with Vinepaw. I guess I'm good to go for today, he thought as she walked up to the freshkill pile. After spending a bit of time scanning the pile, he eventually went and clenched a plump mouse in his jaws.

Honeypetal then sat in a part of the clearing not in the way, but where they could still observe their Clan. They flicked their tail from left to right slightly, a rather comforting thing for them. They opened their mouth and took a bite of their large mouse, nodding slightly as they chewed. This is quite good! Honeypetal thought happily.

Beetlepaw picked up a small mouse from the fresh-kill pile, flicking their tail. As she scanned the clearing to look for a place to sit, she noticed the only really good place to sit was next to this.. golden cat. Ugh, i have to sit next to this rando! With a small growl, she dragged herself next to the cat, she kept her eyes on her food, refusing to look at the cat

Vinepaw yawned and headed toward the fresh kill pile. She had just finished training with Honeypetal and--
Oh! There they are, now! Eating prey!
Vinepaw twitched her ear. She wasn't really in a mood to hang out with her mentor right now. She felt so hungry and tired! Vinepaw shook her head and yawned again. She picked out a small vole and looked around for a spot.
Vinepaw paused.
Beetlepaw. Of all the cats, Beetlepaw sat next to Honeypetal. Vinepaw looked around wildly for another empty spot but alas there were none. Vinepaw's tail drooped as she padded over to her mentor and Beetlepaw. "Hey, Honeypetal. Beetlepaw." She meowed when she had sat down and put down the vole.

Beetlepaw let out an annoyed snort. "You again? What do you want." despite Beetlepaw's rude remark, she kept her eyes n her food, as if not daring to even look at her.

Honeypetal felt a quiet growl form in his throat, but fake-coughed it away. "Be nice now, Beetlepaw," Honeypetal warned, trying to sound stern and menacing. Though it wasn't his strong suit.

They then face towards Vinepaw. "Hello, Vinepaw. How are you doing?" Honeypetal asked gently. "Don't worry, you can sit here if you like."

Beetlepaw let out a small hiss before making room for Vinepaw. She noticed that she already chowed down on her prey, so it was a gone. I should have picked a bigger mouse, but then how would the clan look at me walking away with a huge bird? Beetlepaw was worriedly thinking, not paying attention to her surroundings.

Vinepaw smiled. "Thanks, Honeypetal." She meowed with a glare at Beetlepaw.

Vinepaw took a bite and slid it to Beetlepaw. "Want any?" She asked.

Beetlepaw look tempted for a moment before shaking her head. "No way, my mother always said eating too much would make me as fat as a kittypet!" she mewed regretfully, eyeing the prey.

Vinepaw smirked at the thought but didn't comment. She didn't need another reason for Beetlepaw to lash out at her.

Honeypetal was listening to the conversation, although not responding, too busy chewing mouse to speak. She swallowed down the last bit of the mouse, looking at Vinepaw with a small smile, proud of her for offering the prey.
