"Awww are you sure?" Daffodilpaw purred, poking her nose anywhere she could while dodging Cloverkit's sharp kitten claws. "I should probably make sure!"
Cloverkit sighed. I know. And I'm really sorry. She meowed back, actually meaning it.
“Your don’t need to” he mewed back, meaning it too. He smiled. “Behind you!”
The moss ball bounced on Cloverkit’s back.

Cloverkit batted away the apprentice. I'm fine! She meowed sharply and turned to the other kit. Huh? She muttered and felt the ball hit her back. ACK!! Cloverkit yowled and stumbled. The ball dropped at the apprentice's paws.

Daffodilpaw purred, thoroughly amused as Cloverkit repeatedly batted her away. Then the moss ball came to her. She grinned at the kits, snatching the moss ball and hoisting it high with a fake maniacal laugh. "The moss ball is now mine! I have victory!" She meowed, keeping the ball above the kit's heads. "None alone shall seize victory!"
