"Good." Heathernose purred. "I'll hold you to it." She touched her nose briefly to Lionscar's cheek, feeling flustered again. She enjoyed sitting there with him under the moonlight a moment longer, leaning on his shoulder and taking in his scent. After a while had passed, reluctantly, she pulled away. "We should probably head back." She pointed out. "Before we end up falling asleep out here." She half joking, and chuckled as she said it. But she was starting to feel exhausted from the emotional ups and downs of the last couple days, so it wasn't entirely a joke. "Let's walk back together?" She wasn't sure why she asked, but she stood waiting for Lionscar's answer nonetheless.

Heathernose purred and nodded. Walking back to camp with Lionscar, close enough that their pelts brushed.

Lionscar smiled but then Firemane showed up. "Hey pretty kitty watch ya doing with a bag of bone like this?" he mewed. Dont touch her! spat lionscar. @Luna16

Heathernose nearly jumped out of her pelt. "Oh!" She gasped, startled back a little when Firemane showed up out of the blue. "Firemane!" She was relieved it was a clanmate, but not...completely thrilled either. "Wh-What are you doing out here?" She didn't completely like Firemane's tone, but she didn't want a fight breaking out either. She tried to position herself between Lionscar and Firemane, touching Lionscar's shoulder with her tail reassuringly.

This time, Heathernose forced herself between the two toms. "Hey!" She hissed, her fur bristling. "We're all clanmates here! There's no need to fight."

Firemane glared at Heathernose. shut up!. Lionscar scratched Firemane in the face. Don't talk to her like that ever again. @Luna16

Heathernose was truly taken aback. Pain seared her nose where she was scratched, but thankfully it wasn't deep enough to cause any major damage. There was a little bit of blood she could welling up, but it was quickly wiped away. When Lionscar retaliated, she wasn't surprised, and honestly part of her wanted to cheer him on, but she couldn't just stand by and allow them to fight. We're clanmates! This goes against the code!

"Stop it!" She yowled, jumping forward and pushing herself between them again. She had to force her claws to remain sheathed as the frustration welled up inside her. "Clanmates shouldn't fight like this!"
