"Snowpaw!" Heathernose trotted over to her apprentice, forcing her fur to lie flat. She knew it was her responsibility to train and shape this young cat, but she had never tried to teach anycat anything. She couldn't help but find the task a little daunting. "Ready for some of that combat practice we talked about?" This wasn't exactly her forte, but she could at least start Snowpaw with the basics and go from there.

Spottedpaw softly walked into the clearing while her mind buzzed on thoughts she tried to keep away.

Heathernose nodded, turning and flicking her tail for Snowpaw to follow. Completely unaware of her apprentice's current true feelings for her. Even if she had been, it would've only made her more determined to make a positive impression on Snowpaw. "Come then." She meowed as she trotted off to the training grounds, not looking back to check if Snowpaw was following, she assumed she would.
