Wormkit is an independent and practical cat, keeping to himself for the most part. It can be fairly unfocussed and can come across as bad mannered, though he doesn’t intend to do this. He tends to be superficial and struggles to form deeper connections with the cats around it. It has a very lax view on life and often comes across as directionless, and it generally is for the most part. He mostly just goes with the flow.

Background

Wormkit was born to a loving she-cat who refused to tell anyone who fathered her litter. Wormkit was born a trouble maker, picking a fight with the older kits in the nursery as soon as it physically could, resulting in the loss of most of one of his ears. He became close with a kit around his age named Wildkit. They became friends quickly, though Wildkit wasn't really sure what friendship entailed. Many moons of sneaking out of camp finally caught up with Wormkit when it missed it's apprentice ceremony because it was out all night and had slept through the meeting.

Dandelionmane is a very loving and honest cat. They love to be in crowds and love engaging with those around them. They are fairly easy to get along with and generally obeys the rules, but will break a rule or two for the sake of protecting themself or someone else. They can be a bit unpredictable as despite being honest they struggle with communicating emotions and tends to avoid conversing about feelings in general. This has caused them to lose out on many different relationships through their apprenticeship and early into their warriorhood.

Background

Dandelionkit was the only kit born to a tom named Webtail. Immediately they became his world and he constantly babied them. Their mother was unknown to anyone but their father, but they had a whole nursery of mothers to help raise them so it never really mattered. Dandelionkit stuck to the rules for the most part, they didn't mind being confined to camp. It felt safe and they got to spend time with their dad.

Their relationship with their father stayed strong even after they were apprenticed. Dandelionpaw was apprenticed to a very nice she-cat who was very lenient when it came to training. Web didn't like this, and trained Dandelionpaw himself after their training sessions with their real mentor. Asside from that their apprenticeship was pretty normal. They had several friends, though none they really considered close. they had a crush on a couple of them but they all inevitably went no where.

They were made a warrior, given the name Dandelionmane for their fierceness and focus in combat when defending their clan. That night they sat vigil, sleeping through most of the next day. However they awoke to chaos as their father had been found dead. This devastated them, but eventually they realized they had to let go of it. They slowly recovered, but were never quite as bubbly as they used to be.

Daywhisper is a genuine, welcoming she-cat. She's extremely motivated and does her best to help out wherever and whenever she can. Day tends to be a bit flirtatious which could get her in trouble with any cat she may be with. She's very emotional and most decisions she makes are decisions made with her heart. She's very loyal to her clan, and does most things as by the book as she possibly can. She's a very tolerant can and can take on a lot before things start to cave in on her.

Background

Daykit was born to a friendly lesbian couple via a surrogate. She ended up being the only kit in the litter and as such was spoiled. Her mothers doted on her and were both around her constantly.

This smothering continued into her apprenticeship, they'd often watch her training sessions and keep an extremely close eye on her. They generally just wanted what was best for her but they were very overbearing. This is where she became close with a tom who her mothers didn't like. From the minute she met him she was infatuated and began to spend all her time with him. She still excelled in her training so her parents allowed them to continue seeing eachother.

After Daywhisper became a warrior her and the tom continue to grow closer and closer, going on private hunting and border patrols. Everyone once in a while he'd invite her to watch the sunset or sunrise depending on when both of them were free. They took a very long time to finally take the finally step and become mates, but it was the best day of Daywhisper's life. Once they became mates he changed, she didn't understand why but loved him so accepted it regardless. One moon she told him she was pregnant, expecting him to be as excited as she was. Instead of embracing her, like she expected, he lashed out, leaving a barely noticeable scratch on her cheek. She made excuses for him still, though it did occasionally weigh on her mind. After their kits were born she watched his anger and abuse turn to their kits, but she still remained silent, afraid of what he'd do if she stepped out of line.

Cherrywood is a generally approachable cat. She's not particularily friendly but she's not cruel by any means. She's tends to be a bit niave, which often causes her to be manipulated and lied to. She's decently honest, at least with those she considers worthy of her honestly. She is fairly solitary, enjoying her own company immensely. She can be a little self serving, her first thought being whatever will benefit her most. She's has zero motherly instincts and would generally have nothing to do with kits.

Background

Cherrykit was born the only kit in her litter and as such was doted on by her parents. She was very content with how life was and how things were going, that was until the day Salmonkit was born. It was fine at first, but as soon as Cherrykit's father admitted to being Salmonkit's father the fighting between her parents started. It didn't take long for her parents to break up. Her mother would often go out on walks, leaving her with any other queens in the nursery. This greatly upset the she-kit but there was really nothing she could do. She saw her mom less and less as time went out. The less she saw of her mother, the more she began to resent Salmonkit for tearing her family apart.

The day Cherrypaw became an apprentice, Her mother wasn't there. She waiting by the camp entrance all day, excited to share her new name with her mom, but she never showed up. She never bothered to come back to the clan at all. Cherrypaw continued to blame her sister, despite Salmonpaw having nothing to do with her parents drama. She was never outright mean but always had a cold demeanor around Salmonpaw. She isolated herself from most cats for a very long time during her apprenticeship, only interacting when she had to. She excelled in her training and other than the family drama she had a basic apprenticeship.

She was named Cherrywood for her sturdiness and ability to defend herself in battle. She began to go out in search of her mom, but never found any trace of her. She evntually gave up and decided she was better off without her. She'd become close with many different cats now and had a few friends in the clan. She's pretty content with her life right now, she'll occasionally go out of her way to spend time with Salmonshade.
