The sun was annoyingly out today, though thankfully it seemed clouds were trying to shield it. Maybe the gods were trying to keep them from getting cooked by the burning ball in the sky. Wispypaw swore that the thing in the sky despised them with its fiery passion, but had no proof of it. Well, that wasn't their problem for today even if it caused their annoyance. Twitch of their nose and they sniffed around for a certain cat, one from the recent meeting. Wispy knew they just become a warrior but there was no way they were already out of camp. "Where is she.." they grumbled as they poked their head into the warrior's den to pull away. Wispypaw stomped their foot into the ground below them, they wouldn't catch a whiff of them! Can't even feel their presence nearby, why was it so difficult?

Midnightpath had been in the middle of one of her daily prayers when caught sight of an apprentice poking her head into the warrior's den. Her soft murmurs to the skies came to a pause as she watched Wispypaw's frustration be expressed with a stomp.

Now with her interest piqued, she stood from her shadowy spot in the clearing to approach. Although not intending to do so, her arrival probably came as completely silent. As if she had just appeared out of thin air, her voice sounded from behind the apprentice, “Hello, there.”

Her fluffy tail-tip twitched, one corner of her lips twitching upwards into a half-amused smile. “Looks like you're searching for someone. I can help you out, if you'd like a paw.”

Dark blue eyes narrowed in the direction ahead of them as they stewed in their deep-seated frustration. This kind of thing always happened when they were looking for certain cats or trying to find something they desperately needed. Luckily for everyone in camp, unlike the dumb cats in the clan, they didn't throw a fit about it nothing besides a little stomping and huffing but they sure didn't yell about it. If they threw any kind of fit that attracted attention it would desecrate her image within the clan and that wouldn't do.

So far into their thoughts, they hadn't felt the presence coming up behind them like a snake going for the kill. Dark black and gray fur puffed up, standing straighter than a stick and widened eyes was their reaction to the sudden voice behind them. "WHO?!" they snarled shooting around to face behind them, they may be blind but they can still tell direction. "UGH! Don't do that to me, why don't you?!" they hissed, that was fright-inducing, they normally only kept their guard up outside of camp, not the inside!

Wispypaw took a brief moment to straighten down their fur again giving their chest a few licks. "I was actually looking for you, so thank you for coming to me thought it could've done without the scare"
