Were they born here... that really depended on the context of the question. Technically, Sedgekit supposes that's a yes, but he wasn't really sure. In the end he stoically gives a hesitant nod to Ashkit's question.

But other clans? Sedgekit had never been outside camp premises, not yet, so he hadn't yet met other clan cats before. So this was how other clans smelled like. "What other clans?" He asks Ashkit.

“Um from what I understood from the cat that brought me he- uhm Willowpaw,” with that he nodded towards the cat he glanced at earlier “There are four clans, each one of them got borders and apparently they hate each other. And each one of them don’t like intruders. At least the older cats don’t.” He said.

Sedgekit glances over at Ashkit, "And you're not an intruder? Or an Outsider?" He asks. Again, though the words he's meowing could easily be interpreted as caution and aggression, his tone is devoid of any sort of negative emotions. He's just asking about it casually, as just a kit who doesn't know any better.

“I am. And… I think it’s because of me Twilightstar just said that thing about outsiders.” He said. Even though noticing Sedgekit’s ‘mean’ tone, he still felt that he could confess this secret. If it counted as a secret. And he was used to mean cats since he was born anyways.

"Oh." Sedgekit nods, he didn't know the significance of this, he just thought it was interesting and cool that cats from other clans could come to Windclan. In the first place, though he did just hear that the clans were on bad terms with each other, he hadn't experienced it before, and in his mind, it was just another detail about Ashkit. Not something important or possibly hurtful.

So that explained why the clan leader was making the announcement, Sedgekit thought to himself. He'll have to tell Whistlekit at the medicine den. "That makes sense. Welcome to Windclan." His meow is genuinely friendly, or as friendly as Sedgekit could make it, anyway.

Late to the meeting, but having heard what Twilighstar said with her excellent heaqring. She finally sat among her clanmates listening in on the next announcement. Wait someone was letting outsiders into their camp?> After the whole Riverclan thing she was concerned. What if they brought other cats and decided to attack her and her clanmates? What were other cats thinking? Apparently not at all.

Willowpaw’s ears twitched back at Twilightstar’s reminder about unknown cats. She wasn’t going to show more reaction than that, because she wanted to maintain the dignity she still had.

Blinked at Twilightstar surprised. Having prey and socialising with her clan wasn't fun? The other stuff wasn't as fun but still something to do, so was fun to her. She waited for Twilightstar to continue with the meeting.

Snorting at the mention of somone bringing in outsiders right into camp. She would flick her tail and roll her eyes, who had brought someone inside the camp without permission. Even a kit knew better or should have known better. Then again least it wasn't a badger, she wasn't about to share her nest with one of them.

She would then start to look around at the hint of what was going on, a apprentice ceremony. Now that was fun. She glance around for the kit getting their apprentice ceremony, shame that kits were small and could hide easily.

The silver she-cat would stand up and start chanting in the usual friendly manner of a apprentice ceremony, still trying to spot the kit in question.

Heathernose stared up at Twilightstar with a grim expression. She could tell that things were getting serious. Her dedication lied whole-heartedly with her clan. She couldn't imagine bringing an outside cat here without extremely good reason, now even more so. She looked at Owlkit as he prepared for his ceremony with warmth in her eyes, remembering her own apprentice ceremony.

Daffodilpaw nudged her brother Bouncepaw to where their clanmates were gathering excitedly. A new denmate! She looked for her mentor Elkjump and bounded over to the light brown spotted tom. She looked over at Twilightstar with excitement glittering in her eyes, even as she was going over the more serious topics. She nodded eagerly at her leader's warning, paws twitching with impatience and excitement that she tried to keep under control.
