The young Tom looked over at seabreeze as he said to come over there. So Duckpaw padded over to seabreeze, ready for his first patrol to begin. He was ready for anything that would get into his way to ruin his first ever patrol, so he followed covepaw and seabreeze as they walked away from the patrol place to get to their hunting spots. "I wanna catch a...a..an....um...uhm...a rabbit!" he said after some stuttering and totally some quick thinking in that peanut brain of his.

Dusklion was missing? Larkwing had noticed her lack of presence in camp, but she hadn't thought much of it to be quite honest. But Fadingstar was worried and that alone was reason enough. Joining Adderstrike and Frostmelt, Larkwing waited to set out.

Well... This was unexpected. Russethowl whipped his head over to Fadingstar as he called for search parties for Dusklion, who was made known to be missing earlier. not good not good. Russethowl wasted no time getting up from his spot in the clearing and hurrying over to his patrolmates. He needed to make up for his lack of duties lately - not his fault insomnia hit him from the trek to the mountains. So much happening at once, and Russethowl was caught in the whirlwind of it all. The large tom looked around, trying to spot the final member/patrol leader, Seabreeze. He just needed to hope Dusklion was safe.

The Ace of Spades had gone on patrol just recently. But this patrol wasn't called by the deputy. Wasn't called by the dark tabby known as Dusklion. Her ears pinned to her head. Missing. Dusklion was missing. The previous leader issue events ran back through the totties hear and a lightning bolt of alarm shot through her stomach. No. Bad. Very bad. Her breath hitched a bit as Goldfish rose to her paws and quickly rushed toward Fadingstar and Heroneye, who were already present. Forcing a feeling of calm over her, she relaxed her muscles and the muscular shouldered feline nodded at the fellow tortie. "...We'll find her. One way or another." She promised, as Fading was Dusks brother and he might be a bit more panicky than he looked.

Her tailtip twitched to and fro in anxiety. Her golden hues were focused solely on the leader and Heroneye, back and forth back and forth. Slowly, dutifully. Though The Ace of Spades' mind was elsewhere. Dusklion. Missing. One of the cats keeping her clan stable. Damn, Goldfish really had to step up her game if she ever wanted to help. Had to think straight. Keep her wits and stay alive. So far she was doing just that, but there's never a good solid way to tell. Her opinion may not be true. But the alive part surely was. But for Dusklion? She mayyyyy be lacking on that. Oh, what a horrible way to put it. But it was brutally honest. Better than bombarding herself with lies. She had to prepare for the worst.

stars, if that wasn't a way to strike dread into his heart then he would be a fifthly liar. dusklion seemed far from being the type of cat to up and leave her clan — something had to have happened and he could only hope he wouldn't end up finding a dead body. riverclan had been through hell and back, they finally seemed to have somewhat stable high ranks. (though, wormbite was keeping a keen eye.) he shook his head, rising to his paws.

suppose he had to see if he lived up to fadingstar's belief in his scenting abilities. the oriental paused briefly at the sound of duskleaf's voice, calling him - he picked up his pace, following the source. "coming!" he called out, soon appearing. wormbite's nose & whiskers twitched, seems willowtail was already here.

"ready when you are, " he mewed, turning towards the camp entrance.
