Moonfrost stretched as she chose a spot in the sunlight, laying on a smooth stone to rest while she got used to all the new faces around her.

Frogfur ran over to the other cats. How could she not have seen those? Anything else we're supposed to gather? She asked, her whiskers twitching and tail flicking.

Along the border there are signs of a struggle. Tufts of black and reddish-orange fur are strewn about, as well as droplets of scarlet blood. Dusklion's scent hangs thick on the surrounding areas as well, and there seems to be kicked up debris all over. The scent trail leads towards the edge of the cliff and then vanishes seemingly without a trace. . .

Antlerbranch stood there in disbelief as Dusklion's scent hung in the air, ground dotted with blood. Oh no, no no no no. The brown tom stood there, not knowing what to do. What if Dusklion was-

No. She couldn't be.

Antlerbranch took a couple of steps forward, examining the area. "Blood, Her fur, Her scent, Debries, and... A cliff." What the hell happened here?

Ravenpaw snorted, amused by Cloudsong. Crazy old furball.

As Rainpaw padded away with her herb bundle, Ravenpaw looked around for Redmire. "Redmire? You around here?" She called. "Just wanted to check in on you!"

Rainpaw padded up to Cloudsong with a bundle of herbs for his joints. She laid them at his paws. "Here you are, Cloudsong." She mewed, her voice as gentle as a light warm breeze. "Hopefully this helps you feel a little better. I am sincerely sorry for the long wait." She purred, touching her nose to the elder's shoulder.

Cloudsong opened his eyes and flipped over. He swallowed the herbs(he inhaled them lol) and meowed, Thanks, Rainpaw. You may go.

She was just on a stroll today and that was all, just to clear her mind from the mess that it was currently. Applebees was still after all torn up about the clan being exiled and still depressed about her dead mate. Her going on hunting or herb patrols only did so much to keep her distracted. The cross-eyed molly decided that checking out the border was a good spot to take a walk on. One of the things she didn't plan on encountering was what she could only guess was the remains of some sort of tussle. "Oh my.." she mumbled as she took a further look at the scrapes of fur lying about in a mess. She could also catch a scent of Dusklion and a trail going off in the distance towards the cliffside, this did not bode well for anyone. At first, she hadn't realized that Antlerbranch had shown up too, after all her focus was on the mess in front of them. "There is no telling exactly what happened h're but Fadin'tar needs to be informed about this" she turned to look the other warrior in the eyes.

Rainpaw smiled and dipped her head, but she couldn't bring herself to walk away. She shifted her paws uneasily. "Um...was there anything else I could to help you before I go?" She asked him, staring at him intently with eager eyes. Cloudsong and Ravenpaw were so close, though Ravenpaw would never admit it openly. Rainpaw wished she could have a relationship like that her kin too. But she knew Ravenpaw had already brought Cloudsong something to eat and checked him for ticks, there wasn't much else that needed to be done regarding apprentice duties. She just couldn't think of anything else to say to be able to hang around for a little longer before heading to check in on her mentor, Swanberry.

Cloudsong blinked, then pushed his half eaten mouse toward Rainpaw. Here. You have the rest. He dipped his head then stretched his legs dramatically. Well, I'm off for a nap. If anyone asks where I've gone, tell them where I am, will ya? He meowed and flicked his tail over Rainpaw's nose before heading into the elder's den.
