would it be possible for an outsider to have a blanket that could wrap around them all the way and tie it into a scarf? the character is a silly little autistic guy named percy who needs his security blanket

I assume if your character was formerly a kittypet or found the blanket from a twoleg in the past one way or another, then it could work! Although tying it into a scarf would be a bit hard for him to do, so I don’t believe he would be able to

if by blanket you mean like some sort of bandana type thing around his neck its totally reasonable for a twoleg to have put one on him if hes human friendly I think @phantom

Would it be possible for him to do it to himself? I think no, but would it be possible for a human to put it on him? Yes.

yep! its a blanket that his twoleg put on him and made into a bandana and he can take it off to use the blanket and then use the bandana again

If he’s able to keep it tied and take it off his neck by not undoing it then yeah it should work. It’s just impossible for him just to be able to tie it to his neck again if he unties it.

hmmm, if he wants to use it as a blanket he'd have to untie it...
maybe it has snap buttons on each corner and he can snap/unspap it? just like push down on it ig
