Moderation is a state that all new accounts are put into initially to help protect WCO from spam accounts or accounts that seem problematic in anyway! I'm sure there's more to it than that but that's the gist! It's real easy to get out of it to, no worries, just making 5 posts around WCO ( and them being approved by staff ) will fully unlock your account! Hope this helps!
