additionally, as Hollowpaw knows very little right now, his ability to help will be limited and he might just try random crap to see what works, so the break, depending on if you decide on a break rather than a sprain, may end up with limited mobility as Hollow won't know the proper way to treat it. let me know if there's anything i can do to make sure your characters have the best outcome possible for them

I think broken since she fell kinda high up. And I'll put up that starter.

Injury Overview: She pulled her muscle in her left hind leg. Happens occasionally.
Desired Outcome (IMPORTANT!): Her injury cannot be cured, she will always have a slight limp with stiffness. Will be able to resume warrior duties without much fuss.
Other: The injury is a result of a training accident from her apprenticeship where she fell from a tree. The injury comes back sometimes and is a real pain, but resides after a couple days.
