It was a beautiful day out today. Roseheart found herself looking up towards the blue sky and simply watching the clouds roll by. A delightful day where absolutely nothing will go wrong and no cats will chat with her with ulterior motives.

Roseheart stretched as she stepped out from the warriors den and looked around the Thunderclan camp's clearing for something to do or someone to talk to. Oh! There was her friend, Darkblood, she started to trot over, "Darkblood!"

Darkblood had been basking in the sun when he was approached by the she. He was tempted to get up and walk away but that would be to obvious. Instead he glared at her before looking away in disinterest.

Oh, what a grump, the molly thought fondly. That was only his way of showing affection, something that she has long since learned. After all, Roseheart and Darkblood were best friends since forever. "How are you today?"

Could this shecat not take a hint? He had been blatantly rude or dismissive to her for seasons and yet she persistently bothered him!? In response to her question he just scoffed, honestly.

Ah so not good? She was good at reading Darkblood by now she thinks! Yep! So he was annoyed by something but what? She wasn’t sure at all. So as a good friend would she asked, “What’s wrong, you seem more annoyed than normal.”

"Lightpool, dear, do you have a moment?" Roseheart sounded as she spotted the other feline out in the clearing. The dramatic molly padded over and stopped in front of Lightpool, "Dear, I just must tell someone about this, would you lend an ear?"

Lightpool looked over at Roseheart. Happy to make a new friend she said “sure I can’t see why not!!” Her voice was a happy purr as she looked at Roseheart with pretty green eyes.

The molly was happy to hear her agree to listen but who wouldn’t want to spend time with her? “Well, I was talking with this tom, Briarfur and then we went hunting together and I think he’s into me! What do you think I should do?”
