CURRENT LESSON: TERRITORY LANDMARKS

Webstripe awoke early in the morning with one intent in mind. He had an apprentice to train. The older tom stalked ovet to the apprentice's den, green eyes peering in, bouncing between the sleeping frames of cats until his eye landed on Leafpaw. Slowly, the tom made his way over to the apprentice's nest, attempting to give them a gentle nudge before speaking in their ear. "Leafpaw. Up. We have a lot to do today, we're going on a territory tour," he spoke, trotting out the den. Once Leafpaw decided to stir and meet the warrior, Webstripe waved his tail and led them out of camp.

[LOCATION: WILLOW'S RISE]

As the black and white tabby led his apprentice out of camp, a map of the territory played in his mind. Soon, the duo reached their first stop. They weren't too far from camp, so it made an ideal first stop. Webstripe stood there, a large Weeping Willow looming in front of him. "This is Willow's Rise. It is used as our graveyard, a memorial of the cats who passed during ThunderClan's last fire. It's a Weeping Willow tree, before you ask. Makes a good hunting place if you want a quick hunting trip, since we're fairly close to camp. It was tragic - we lost lives and our home that day. Are there any questions?" the tom explained before asking his apprentice for questions.

[OOC Note: web is 63 moons, and the fire happened around 50 moons ago, meaning he was quite young when the fire struck though not being rped at the time]

"Don't go too close," He mewed quickly to Leafpaw before trotting a bit more forward, about a fox-length from the edge. "This is Haggard Ruins. About a season-cycle ago, The camp was struck by a sinkhole, forcing us to move to the camp we currently reside in. You must be careful when you are here, Falling into the sinkhole could have deadly consequences. Do not go to the edge, no matter what anyone tells you. Am I clear?" he asked, his voice serious. Cats have lost their lives to the sinkhole, and Webstripe wasn't about to let his apprentice be one simply because they did not know.

Leafpaw then slowly moved a step towards the sinkhole and looked down it. She couldn’t see the bottom.

Webstripe hissed as his apprentice got closer to the sinkhole. "LEAFPAW! GET BACK NOW!" he snarled. "Do not do that again or I'll ask Bumblestar to confine you to the nursery for a moon! Now, let's go, since you clearly are too idiotic to stay here for long," the tabby snarled, flicking his tail in anger to signal his apprentice to follow.

After another trek across the territory, the duo ended up at a meadow, flowers and grass scattered all over the place. Sandy shores crept up on the edge of the meadow, water filling Webstripe's nostrils. "This is Firefly Cove - ThunderClan and RiverClan fight here often. The fishes can access here through the cliffs, however the three clans teamed up and drove them out of the forest for a bit, so there is no need to worry about them," the senior warrior explained, flicking his tattered ear. "Now, if you don't have any questions, then let us move on," he said before leading them away.

Soon, Webstripe led him and Leafpaw to a trickling creek, the older tom dipping his paws in the water briefly before speaking. "Sunkissed Creek. Not too long ago, there was a battle between ThunderClan and ShadowClan over this location, but now it belongs to us. The stream can flood occasionally, but not too often. Even when it does flood, it does not pose a threat to the clan. It's nice to dip your paws in when the Greenleaf heat gets to you," he mewed, flicking some water to their apprentice.

He trotted back over to Leafpaw, sitting down before speaking to them. "If you have any questions, please let me know. I want to make sure you understand everything before we move on. We'll be doing borders next, as well as some brief clan history. Is there anything you would like to ask or tell me first?" the tom inquired, tilting his head to the side.

Webstripe nodded, green eyes gleaming. "Alright. Remember, you need to understand everything fully if you wish to become a warrior," the tom reminded them. "Now, let me show you one of our borders," he mewed, heading off to the direction of ShadowClan.

[Current Location: Herondive Hollow]

Soon, the scent of ShadowClan overwhelmed Webstripe, though the tom didn't flinch. He stopped, putting part of his body between Leafpaw and the border. "Herondive Hollow. This is the border between us and ShadowClan," he explained, flicking his tail. ShadowClan had always been one of his least favorite clans - Dawnstar was the embodiment of pure evil as far as Webstripe was concerned. Icestar already made a bad rep for ShadowClan in Webstripe's mind, and Dawnstar only made it worse. "Tell me what you know about ShadowClan. Anything at all, I want to test your knowledge," he mewed, turning to face Leafpaw.
