TW: kitting, emotional and physical ditress

Breathing, thinking, falling, falling, breath not coming, pain, kits,
Mink, Spotty, nothing. Goldfish's eyes didn't take in her surroundings.
To her, there was nothing there. She was in a world of pain and there
were two cats beside her. Other voices were faint and unheard, other
voices weren't there. Blurry. Talking, not hearing. Plants? She couldn't
eat now! Silly Minkpaw. Eyes rolling, blob. Wait, blob? Oh, unfocused
golden eyes want to flutter closed, but instead they flick to the blob
in her blurring vision. Oh, it was dark crimson and growing. That was
bad, wasn't it? Oh, the cats seemed nervous. Poor cats. Oh, hey! It
was Spotty and Minks! and Shelly was here too! Delirious, unfocused
eyes fluttered closed... pain still there... Shelly was talking! Hello, Shelly!
Much effort and her eyes drifted to Shelly.. Stars? Shelly was covered
in stars!

Wait, wasn't Shelly dead? Oh, why was she talking then? Oh, she was
urging her on, how curious! No, Minks, the bicolor doesn't want the
stick. Go away, stick. Go away, roots. "Shelly." Her fumbling voice
managed to mumble. Oh, pain, pain... pain... Go away, blob! Stop it!
Leave her alone! Goldfish tried to move her limbs in order to drag herself
away from the blob, but they weren't cooperating. She took in a large,
wheezing breath and... life. There was life in this peculiar place. Oh, stars..
life hurt. Why did life hurt so bad? "No, Minks.." She mananged to urge.
Oh, wonderful! A truly beautiful kit.... Oh, she loved her... oh, so pretty, so lovely.
So precious, so breakable. Pain. So much pain. More harm. "Minks!" She
wheezed suddenly. "I love you. And Spotty." Her sister. She was most likely
panicking.

Another life. More pain, so painful, so unbearable, let her die... breath, please...
don't let her die, Don't let her be alone... Spotty. Spotty. Minks. Spotty. Minks.
Beautiful life. Exhaustion. Unbearable exhaustion. A silver tabby... Stars, such
a resemblance. Her deliriousness was fading slightly to real emotions and true
feelings. So much pain. How, what, why, StarClan, Shelly, no, stop, come back,
HELP HER. NO, the pain is too much, it's taking her away, it's killing her slowly.
Small. A small, innocent, orange-pelted kit. Pain began to fade, replaced with
exaustion, she cn't move, can't think, can't do anything...

Silence.

Danrkness in her vision has taken over, the breath comes short, and the warrior
can't stay awake any longer. Her muscles slack, her eyes roll back, and her head
lolls. Life is there, but barely. She's alive, but only just. Her breaths come small
and weak. Her eyes half-close. Thump. Thump. A heartbeat. Thump. Thump.
Small heartbeats beside her. Noises are gone, senses shut down, and the world
spirals into darkness.

Light. All he could see was light.

This place was strange, not at all like where he'd been a few moments ago. He kind of liked it here. But he let out a tiny wail. All these new senses bombarded the tiny orange kit. He could smell so much, milk-scent, what he thought was cat-scent, and a lot more. He heard muffled mews, and cries of cats and animals, and he wished he was back in the peaceful, dark, and quiet place. The newborn tom-kit made his way to the milk-scent, pummeling his tiny paws against his mother's belly, relishing the taste and his mother's soft fur. He was vaguely aware of other small bundles of fur next to him, and he tried to push them out of the way. If he had the words, he would have thought I get the milk, not you. But he didn't, plus, something inside him told him that wasn't the type of cat he was- and would be. For now, he just suckled, for now the only thing he had to worry about was if he'd get enough warmth and milk form his mom.

goldfish was bleeding, bleeding and near unconcious, was kitting supposed to be like that? wasnt she supposed to like be in pain but still mentally in the situation? minkpaw was pretty much at the end of her knowledge, unable to do much but watch as goldfish refused the chervil and stick.
"youre doing well goldfish, almost done" she urged, while shuffling around to free the little orange kit of some of the slimy stuff that coated their short fur, "well hello little one" she murmured, before guarding it towards goldfishs stomach. tiny wails broke the silence between minkpaws thoughts and goldfishs heavy breathing, "look, youre doing so well" she praised goldfish.
