Grousepaw's paws came in contact with her ribs and she grunted, letting go and rolling away so he couldn't continue to bunny kick her. "Good response to being brought down." She commented, matching his pawstrike with one of her own. She was moving faster now, having found her groove and wanting to give Grousepaw a taste of what an actual spar would really be like. He seemed unsure of himself now, a far cry from his easy smile when they began.

Mistlewhisker lunged again, aiming to wrap her arms around his neck and bring him down again. If they were smart, they wouldn't let her bring them down. She wanted to see if Grousepaw learned on her paws.
