Description of injury: He has deep scratches along his chest, scratches along his muzzle, and his tail amputated that were treated no more than wrapping them up to stop bleeding so they have since then become infected
Live/die/desired outcome: Live, fully heal
Other: This is a part of the plot that Mistyshard is on as you know, just wanted to fill out a form beforehand :3

Description of injury: A bump in the head after falling from a tree. He got knocked out, then fell unconscious a moment later.
Live/die/desired outcome: Live, fully heal after a bit. The wound ain't too serious.

Name of illness: generic breathing issues from an old injury
Symptoms present: quick to exhaustion, restricted breathing (duh,) sometimes headaches and dizziness, fatigue depending on the situation,
Live/die/desired outcome: She will live, she just needs to take it slow
Other: Pebble will never breathe properly again, she will always need to rest after tougher activities. When she feels she is having a hard time breathing, she will pop into the medicine den. I will make a form everytime she pops in for a rest and good care.
